GUARANTEE CARPET CLEANING

They were punctual, got the job done efficiently, and my carpet was much cleaner when they were finished. I have hired them several times, and would definitely hire them again!

The night before they were to come and clean our carpets a friend asked what company I had hired. I told the friend and she informed me that this was the same family (Thompson's) that had launched the assault against the non-discrimination ordinances in Bowling Green. They wanted the "right" to discriminate against LGBT people (and others), including the right to kick those people out of their rental properties and the "right" to discriminate in employment. Ridiculous. Anyways, I called them and a guy answered. I explained that I just found out that they were against the non-discrimination ordinances and that we were a same-s** household; therefore, I didn't want them in our house. He said, "okay." And I cancelled. He didn't disagree. I'm glad I didn't end up paying them the $200.

Scheduling was easy. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. The job was beautifully completed. They were very courteous.

I noticed that the Guarantee Carpet company trucks frequented our neighborhood quite often so decided to try their services. I gave them the measurements over the phone and they gave me an estimate. They were prompt in responding to my request for their services. The gentlemen who came were friendly, respectful and hard workers. My carpets looked beautiful when they finished. Drying time was minimal. I have used many companies over the years and this is by far the best.

The carpeting was very clean, some very old stains were removed. The hand me down sofa turned out amazing! The cleaning of the couch and recliner gave them another 5 years of life.
