+ -1 moreThe first few weeks we had the service was fine. Then it went downhill. They NEVER picked up the garbage when it was scheduled to be picked up. There were some weeks they wouldn't pick up at all. When I called, if they would answer, they were extremely rude. We ultimately changed services. I definitely do not recommend Cardinal.

+ -1 moreThey started out ok, then failed to respond when we called. We paid for a service that we didn't receive on many weeks.
Description of Work: We signed up for Cardinal Waste Services because of the price. However, there were weeks when the garbage was not picked up at all, weeks when they weren't here the day they were scheduled. When I called, there was never a resolution to the situation. The day they said they would pick up was Wed. when they didn't pick up on Wed. we took the garbage back in and put it out the next day, still nothing. We did that Thurs, Fri and Sat mornings. When I called the next Mon, she told me the truck was at our house Sat evening, unannounced. So of course we got no service. The week after Thanksgiving, they didn't pick up on Wed or Thurs. By Fri morning, animals had torn the bags open and scattered garbage all over the driveway. My husband picked it up and disposed of it elsewhere. Now they are raising the rate. Our neighbors have had the same frustrations!!!

+ -1 moreFor the past month and a half I've had to call every other week asking why it wasn't getting picked up. The man that answers the phone is very rude and makes excuses why it wasn't picked up. For example says our garbage must not of been by the curb when in fact it gets put on the curb at 2:30 am when my boyfriend gets home from work. After hearing the same things with multiple calls to the company and them not picking it up yet again I told them next time they come pick up garbage to take the can (that we rent from them) and cancel my service. They couldn't even do that. So I am now sitting with 3 weeks worth of garbage and the companie's can.
Description of Work: They are suppose to pick up my garbage every Friday.
