Paul is extremely professional, reviewed process with us before starting work, and cleans up after himself. He so has great staff.

The work was completed in a timely manner with NO interruption to the household. The price quoted was spot on. Paul is always welcome in our home.

Everything went really well. Paul is not only an expert at what he does, but is a genuinely nice and helpful person! He worked around our strange schedule, even showing up on Saturday, and took in stride the ever-expanding list of projects we kept finding. He also made a lot of good suggestions, and helped out on several non-electrical projects on a couple of occasions!

Tom and Paul from Dial an Electrician are awesome! I called for some troubleshooting work to replace several lights and light fixtures in my home after they had either gone dead or were replaced (and incorrectly at that) by my dad who meant well and wanted to surprise my husband and I with some DIY lighting work while we were out of town. To make that long story short, my dad actually made things worse and I needed everything to be replaced and rewired. It wasn't an urgent job, but when I called, Tom said they were actually able to come over that day and address all our issues. Tom and Paul were punctual, friendly, patient with all my questions, and very knowledgable. Paul took the time to tell me of every option and price point possible, and always wanted to make sure I was happy with what he was suggesting and the prices for each service, which I was. They got right to work and they are very clean and neat, using drop cloths throughout my home and putting furniture back and sweeping up after they were done. Paul had to order some extra fixtures and was not able to complete the job that day, but he ordered them right away and got them in the next morning, so he was able to return with Tom just a few hours later to complete the job (also, Tom and Paul were very good about staying in contact with regard to our appointments by sending texts to confirm and to let me know when they were on their way). When they returned, again they were both very friendly, professional, patient, and efficient, finished the job perfectly, and cleaned up everything before they left (lots of dust and sheetrock and they swept it all very well). Additionally, Paul had previously on the first day written out a detailed invoice for me with a final total we had agreed on for materials and labor which I had requested to pay in full up front, and so the next day when he came to finish the job and realized he needed more materials than he originally estimated the previous day, he told me not to worry about it and he wasn't going to charge me extra for the additional materials and labor, which was very much appreciated! All in all, working with Paul and Tom was a very pleasant experience, and my husband and I are very happy with them and the job they did that they are now our go-to electricians. We currently are working on an estimate with them for another project for some landscape lighting in our backyard. So happy we found them! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Paul is a professional he explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He is very courteous and did a great job. He cleaned up when he was finished. It took less time than anticipated. I would highly recommend Paul for work.

Paul diagnosed both problems and fixed them within the first hour. Although he could have told me that we needed new wiring or new high hats and made it into a big job, he saw that the dimmer was the problem and replaced it in a few minutes. He fixed the outlet - which had been poorly jerry rigged by prior tenants. He is obviously knowledgeable, honest and very pleasant. I highly recommend Paul.

Took forever and ripped me off. To do so thing so simple why did it take so long. Worst experience of my life I feel cheated and ripped off. Don't use them

Paul and Tom were extremely respectful and courteous. They were punctual and got right to work! They made sure to clean up after themselves and were particular about putting things back the way they found it. The initial job was just for the high hats but as we got talking, I mentioned additional projects and, without issue, they offered to perform the job since they were already in my home and it got done the same day after agreeing on the price. They were personable, polite and extremely professional. They are now my go to electricians!

Paul showed up as promised and we discussed the problem I was having. He told me the course of action he felt would be the be the best way to diagnose my problem.Paul and Bob went to work and whatever problem they came across it was explained to me. Replaced the main circuit breaker and also a socket and a switch and a few other circuit breakers that were weak. Heabd Bob was very courteous and professional.Would not hesitate to use him again.

Paul and his teammate Tom did a great work. Everything from the very beginning to the end went very well and I am highly satisfied with the help I got from Paul. We agreed with the scope and the price of the project well in advance and Paul gave a very competitive estimate. He paid attention to all the details I raised. The experience with Dial an Electrician was great. Paul (owner) was very responsive when I reached out to him through Angie's list and we were able to schedule the appointment with out any issues. Paul called a couple of days prior to coming as a reminder and then called the morning of the appointment with his arrival time. Once Paul was here he did excellent work. He reviewed the work with me that was going to be done and explained to me what he was going to be doing. The work was all completed as promised and expected and Paul cleaned up everything and took the garbage away with him. I will definitely use Dial an Electrician again and I highly recommend them to any one.

Paul is an amazing individual. He called us on time and came by the very day that we spoke. Over the phone I had discussed installing a 30 amp transfer switch & inlet for which he had quoted us $1100, which seemed very competitive. When he came over and inspected our panel he informed us that we could use an interlock instead of the transfer switch. This he informed us was more efficient b/c we would not have to pick and choose what circuits to transfer, and it would also save us money! Our revised quote went from $1100 to $850!! Wow! Did not expect that. Paul came by on time on the appointed date. He was very clean and efficient. He explained everything to me, and even put a note on the panel detailing the steps that I needed to follow. He waited patiently while I hooked up the generator and then ensured that I knew how to hook the 30 amp cable from the generator to the inlet (did not realise that the cable is keyed). He had me go through each step to activate the interlock to turn off the main power (from the utility) and set the panel to start using the generator. He was patient and friendly and answered all of my questions. He was also helpful in providing information about how to properly operate the generator and where to position it, etc. My wife and I are 110% satisfied with the work Paul has done, and we will most certainly use him for all our future electrical needs.
