 + -1 moreNothing is being done. Some people walk around with a weed killer spray but they walk so fast they missed all of mine. Different crews for each job but all are terrible.
Description of Work: We are living in condos costing over half a million dollars and our grass, overgrown bushes, trees, scrubs, plants are a disgrace. Everything needs done. Pruning is way past due. Enviroscapes bought out American beauty and they do not live up to their contract, anywhere. Contracts should be broken by anyone who hired them. Shameful!

 + -1 moreThe initial conversation was decent (nothing we didn't expect), but zero follow-up with even a quote after the discussion. Unfortunately we did not select them for the work because of that lack of responsiveness. The rule is if a contractor isn't responsive to you before they've got your money, they won't be after.
Description of Work: Came out to discuss issues with yard grading, possible solutions due to basement flooding. Said they would get us a quote, but we never heard back.

Description of Work: Lawn maintenance and general landscaping. I knew going in that they were higher but with that in mind my wife and I expected better service. At one point, our backyard lawn was over 11 inches tall. I had to call to get service. They also require payment for a service upfront. They are not selling a product, it's a service and payment should be after services have been rendered. Extremely disappointed and will not use again.

 + 3 moreThey dispatched 2 individuals to perform the services and they performed it in a professional manner and after performing the services, cleaned up all the clippings before leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a lawn care company. I plan on having them come out in July 2012 to do a complete landscaping makeover of my plants and bushes on my property. Update: Aug 6, 2012 ABL personnel rolled up to my location and went straight to work removing and grading my area around the house. The then proceeded to install the ground film prior to installing the plants. After installing the plants, they then installed the river rock around the house and my trees. The river rock had been pre-washed prior to installing so that it looked really natural and not muddy. All the plants had been picked by their buyer and were in fantastic shape. They also brought 2 flat rock panels 12"x12" and installed on the ground on both sides of my front sidewalk. They then installed 2 8 foot solar lights I had purchased and then installed river rock both in the bucket bases and around the base flat rock panels. This is over and above what they needed to do.
Description of Work: I contracted American Beauty Landscaping to prune all my shrubs, pine trees, and ornamental grasses on my property. Update: August 6, 2012 I had American Beauty Landscaping come out and put 1-2" river rock around my complete house and all trees. They also installed 2 Japanese Weeping Willows, 10 Knockout Roses, 50 Day Lilly, and transplanted 5 of my holly bushes.
