Description of Work: Estimate for install of HVAC system and central air conditioning. Not the most responsive when called and had to call back to get appointment after several days without response. Punctual when appointment was finally set. Did a thorough inspection and detailed estimate.

Description of Work: They did a changeover for sulfur in the water. They put in a bigger tank and a filter.

Description of Work: Its not what the provider did it is what he didn't do. I had my (well) water pump breaker kick off for two days in a row. Of course, without my pump I have no water supply to my house. So, I called their office to see if someone would simply "check out" my breaker/water pump problem. The man said that he couldn't tell what was going wrong unless it was presently not working. When I asked him if he would be able to drop whatever he was doing the next time this happens at my house, he told me that he would "try" to get come over as soon as he could. at that point.

Description of Work: Took my old brick chimney out and rerouted the flue for the hot water tank.

Description of Work: They were very professional. They replaced faucets and fixed leaks in a number of sinks and toilets. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Our basement well pipe broke and flooded our basement. The cleaned out our basement replaced our furnace, water heater, water softner, well pump, refrigerator and freezer. They were very promp and took care of all our needs

Description of Work: We had leaky drains that were flooding our crawl space. A plumber was dispatched the following day to investigate the cause of the flood when he discovered the drain problem. He also discovered pipes in the walls that had deteriorated to the point that the walls were getting wet on the inside and causing a mold problem in the walls and the floor in our bedroom. We still have a drain in one bathroom that hasn't been reconnected and are also waiting for information about a new shower door and what it will take to fix the drain in the shower. We are still waiting on a final invoice, so the total isn't really known at this point. They may have not yet sent an invoice due to the fact that there are some tasks that are still waiting completion. These are good people that do a good job. However, perhaps since we live 30 minutes away from their office, it's sometimes difficult to get things completed or to get complete information. I like working with them, but sometimes have to make multiple phone calls to get a situation resolved.

Description of Work: we have had them do work and give estiments over the years and we have always been very pleased with the sevice and products, and will continue to call on M&R for service and products!!!!!
