Knowledgeable and professional. Though my AC unit is old, an inexpensive repair was done to avoid immediate replacement. At the same time they gave good review and evaluation of replacement work and cost. It will inevitably come sooner rather than later, and I will go back to them at that time.

Elliot (the owner) came out to write up a proposal in person. He was by far the most helpful of all the contractors that I contacted for this job. He spent time measuring our house square footage and windows to come up with a detailed cooling and heating required capacity. Cincinnati Heating and A/C turned out to be the lowest cost contractor of the three quotes I pursued. The installation was started two business days after the proposal was signed. The install team was very competent and took great care not to disrupt our lives any more than necessary. They asked permission for every invasive step required to complete the job. In spite of starting our job late in the afternoon, they worked into the evening to get our system cooling before they left for the day, then returned to finish up the next morning. They corrected a couple of inefficient elements of my HVAC system including ductwork and thermostat programming. Our new A/C system works great, looks great, has better airflow to our second floor, and I am anticipating a drop in our electric bill after we have used it for awhile. I highly recommend this company.

They showed up when they said they would. The representative examined my existing system and pointed out everything that was marginal. It turns out the system I had was the original system that came with the house when it was built fifteen years ago. They performed a thermal analysis of my home including all dimension, windows, doors, etc. to determine what capacity I needed to keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They helped me pick the right system for my house and the installation was professionally completed. They even charged my old system to get me by until the new system was installed. Today was 92 outside, and my house never got above 70 inside - something I couldn't say for the old system even in its prime.

I guess our main complaint was he was running late and my husband had to get to work, had to get a neighbor to stay with him.

I give Cincinnati Heating And Air Conditioning, LLC the HIGHEST possible rating. All smiles. I have had several service calls and inspections on my system, all when I was not home to observe, from other companies. None got in to the actual problems or did a full service. Paid full price for partial service and the problem was not solved. But Cincinnati Heating And Air Conditioning, LLC got the job done. Gave me an honest and up-front assessment, showed me the findings, worked to keep the costs down, and treated me fairly. Very quickly identified the problem, had a list of root causes, and fixed each one systematically (all were present). Burners were clogged, rust built up in heat exchanger, AC condenser had dust matted on it so that it was completely plugged and restricting airflow (looked like carpet it was so thick - even though it was "serviced" before by others. Also had to redo the duct work - had a plumbing leak over the ducts and they had rusted out big-time. I couldn't fix the plumbing in the crawl space because of limited space and the ducts were in the way, and I couldn't fix the ducts because of the leak. He got in and fixed both issues professionally bringing everything up to code, fixing 2 major issues for me in one go. In January when it was 7 degrees, in the cold wet muddy crawl space, and he did it right. Even crawled the whole house to check the other connections and fix the ducts knocked loose when we had the crawl space waterproofing done last year. Very professional and top quality, and at 2/3 the price of anyone else I checked with. I give Cincinnati Heating And Air Conditioning, LLC the highest possible ratings all around, and will be using them again for sure.

Elliot was great. He came to our freezing home in New Year's day with only a couple of hours notice (I put it a request over night). He was able to get our furnace running long enough for us to prepare for and schedule the installation of a new furnace three days later. He was prompt, knowledgeable, kind, clean, and a small business owner, which we love. The installation was as good as it could have been in 3° weather, he hauled away our 25 year old unit, and called the next day to check in on us. We'd happy call him again when our air conditioning unit (inevitably) needs replacement in the future.

Heating and air conditioning LLC did an awesome job on our tankless water heater! He scheduled our installation quickly and worked around our schedule over the holidays. Elliott responded quickly to our initial call. When he came out to repair our furnace we knew our furnace was old but were not prepared to invest in replacing it. Elliot took his time to explain our options and when we decided to make the purchase for a new furnace he again gave us options. When the furnace starting making a little noise the next day he came right back out and replaced the motor and cured the issue quickly. We will add Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning to our rolodex of trusted resources and will be recommending him to neighbors.
