One of the most professional experiences I have encountered. I have already recommended them to my brother. We are very happy with the entire interaction with Cincinnati Heating. They installed my new replacement furnace and A/C system in one day.

The two things that impressed me the most about the technician, who is also the owner of the company, were that (a) he gave me an estimate before coming out and (b) he was a very good, systematic diagnostician. Most of the HVAC companies I have dealt with insist that they can not estimate the cost until the technician has to come out to evaluate the problem. Then they charge a pre-scheduled rate set by the company. Their strategy is that they have got you once you are in for the service trip. I really do not like that practice.

I asked these guys to give me second opinion after my regular maintenance company wanted to shut off my system as unsafe although they could not show any parameter that was unsafe but were really working to sell me a new furnace. Cincinnati furnace came out and patiently showed me there was nothing wrong with my furnace and in fact it s in excellent condition. These guys know their stuff and are honest! What more is needed!

I discovered no heat @ 9pm, e mailed Advisor & they sent C H & A's contact #. My call was answered in less than an Hour. We agreed on an am appt. Elliot was here at 9:00 am as promised. The temp was down to 57degrees and we were feeling the cold. He found the issue and did the repair quickly. Elliot was neat and knowledgeable and pleasant. He will be my "go to" every time!
