all that was performed was take readings to see if it was functional. No minor cleaning performed. No mention of potential indications for repair. Poor quality work.

I was very happy with our experience with Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning. They responded quickly to my initial call, gave us our options and replaced our furnace within days. They were professional, courteous and did their work quickly and well. . They didnâ t leave anything for me to clean up. I will definitely work with them again.

Clean and curious, oil furnaces tend to be messy. Once the tech was done he left the area cleaner than what is was. The job was done in a timely matter.

From the estimate to installation, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They offered a top of the line Trane system specific to our home, at a MUCH lower cost than the other estimates I received. The owner also comes back to inspect the installation. This hasn’t happened yet,so I’ll update later. Right now the house is warmer than it’s been in the 26 years we’ve lived here. Consistently! And the air handler is so quiet that you have to stand next to it to hear it. I def recommend Cinti Heating & AC and listening to their advice when choosing a system.

I thought the installer was very particular about his work. Also, the owner was not a high pressure salesman. He was very personable and the company has very good ratings.

Came home from vacation with a broken thermostat. Called and the owner answered. Within 1.5 hours I had a technician at the door and the thermostat replaced! Amazing company!

They identified and fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price. Had opportunities to over sell me, but didn't--will definitely use again.

It took three professionals switching between multiple sites to remove the old furnace and put in the new one. They knew their jobs well, and my furnace kicked on in time to prevent me from being cold on one of the coldest days of the year. They also installed a whole house humidifier, which has served me well. I don't know how I lived without it. The price was extremely competitive, and I consider myself lucky to get both the furnace and the humidifier for the price of a furnace at other companies. I would not use anyone else for my heating or air conditioning at this point. Thank you!!!

Initially they came out for an inexpensive repair. My system was very old so we were anticipating needing to replace the entire unit. Elliot gave us an estimate of what the cost would be for replacement. The unit stopped working and I called them back to replace the entire system and I couldn’t be happier. Very professional, prompt & hardworking crew. Excellent clean up and the system is working great.

Just always check to make sure that the charges are correct by checking on the invoice in contrast to the work done. I found the tech to be informative, friendly, clean, and personable. I would definitely hire them again when it is time for annual maintenance. Great Company and employees.
