Seemed very knowledgeable, was courteous, prompt, and professional. Will definitely get a price about a new install from him when the time comes.

+ -1 moreOne of the 2 air conditioners in our home stopped cooling. Dan was able to come on the same day I called, diagnosed and repaired the non-cooling A/C and performed a maintenance on the other. Friendly, professional, knows his stuff and fairly priced. I'll happily do business with Tipton Air again.
