+ -1 moreSkipped with my money and didn't do the job. The part he did was incompetently done and had to be done again or repaired.
Description of Work: Was supposed to replace siding on one side of house and build a pool Paid downpayment of $20,000. Didn't finish siding, destroyed existing parts of house, didn't start pool. Quit job. Was sued, and I won. Judge told him that on this job, his performance was "incompetent."

+ -1 moreI previously got estimates on this job and was told couldn't be done without either great expense or fair amount of remodeling. Bill was able to give me several options. I chose middle one which included some new gear (five speakers, DVD changer, cable upgrades and surge protector) included in final price. Work was all done in one morning, and they cleaned up everything. My wife, who only reluctantly went along with the plans, was thrilled with the results.
Description of Work: Reinstalled my entire surround sound system after my dogs chewed through exposed wires and started to eye floor speakers. They put in both new ceiling and in-wall speakers. Ran wires to all distant locations so remained absolutely hidden. Rehooked up all components including new DVD/CD Jukebox changer.

+ -1 moreBILL SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE HAD TO COME BACK TO FINISH SOME OF THE WORK ON ANOTHER DAY AND, AGAIN, HE SHOWED UP AS PROMISED. HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL DIFFERENTIATES HIS SERVICE FROM OTHERS. HIS COSTS WERE ALSO QUITE REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER ESTIMATES THAT I RECEIVED.
Description of Work: BILL INSTALLED (WALL MOUNT) A PLASMA SCREEN TV IN OUR BEDROOM. THIS INVOLVED RUNNING ELECTRIC LINE TO WALL IMMEDIATELY BEHIND THE FLAT SCREEN TV. HE ALSO MODIFIED THE EXISTING SATELLITE CONNECTIONS TO WORK WITH THE NEW TV.
