It went well and they responded promptly and on time.
Description of Work: Checked power outage to a room after a power surge in the neighborhood. Removed and installed oven after it was repaired. Installed whole house surge protector.

The electrician showed up on time and was polite, professional and pleasant to deal with, he did not mind me tagging along being nosy and asking questions. He was very thorough in his approach and including having to open a section of wall to get to closed off section in the attic of an addition on the house. It took him about 1.5 hours because he cleaned up as he went and fixed several questionable connections to outlets and ceiling fixtures as he went. He did find and fix the problem in an old junction box in the ceiling. I was even more surprised when I got the bill as it was much less than I had anticipated based on the amount of time and effort he went through. What a great local company.
Description of Work: recently we had a portion of the electric in our house go out, it is an older cape cod with very screwy wiring setup. I was sure that we had a loose neutral some where but could not find it myself, so I called Rossman who had done some work for us a few years ago. They came in and isolated the issue and fixed our problem
