"Professional Appliance Solutions was absolutely amazing install a dish washer for me. My cabinets are all original from 1960s and I was so worried about having a company cut a place for the dishwasher but Josh did an amazing job. He was very careful meticulous. "He contacted me right away and requested a picture of the inside of the freezer. Got right back to me with a price quote for the work. I agreed to the price , He was available and we settled on a day and time. Completed the work quickly, cleaned up, and took a credit card for payment without an additional surcharge. I would definitely hire him again. Easy to communicate with, did good job in short order, very professional. Reasonably priced."

Small jobs welcome

Looking to start my own handyman service business/ if I know how to do it. Don’t know a lot of people to get my name out. So doing work for home owners that are in need of something done would be a great way to get my name/business going

An air conditioner’s watt usage depends on multiple factors, including the type of AC unit, its size, and how often you use it. With that said, most central air conditioners consume between 3,000 and 3,500 watts. Meanwhile, window AC units use 900 to 1,400 watts, and portable air conditioners consume 2,900 to 4,100 watts.

The costs vary from $50 to $150 per item, depending on its size, location, and disposal requirements.

Every family’s needs will be different, but here’s a general guide to refrigerator size:

  • A 4—to 13 cu. ft. fridge, including top-freezer and bottom-freezer fridges, is best for one to two people.

  • 14—to 24-cu. ft. fridges, including bottom freezers, top freezers, French door fridges, and side-by-side fridges, are best for a family of three to four people.

  • For families with five or more people, look for a fridge of 25 cu. ft or more. This includes all fridge types.

Choosing between a gas vs. electric dryer comes down to individual needs. A gas dryer tends to have faster drying times and is more energy-efficient, which may be a better choice for you if you have access to affordable natural gas and have a high volume of laundry. However, an electric dryer has a lower upfront cost, is easier to install, and may be more suitable if your home doesn’t have a gas connection. When determining which type of dryer is best for you, factors such as energy costs, installation requirements, budgets, and personal preferences should be considered.

The magnetron, which generates the microwave energy to heat food, is one of the most common components to fail. When the magnetron fails, the microwave can no longer heat food. Other frequently failing parts include the door switch, which prevents the microwave from operating if the door is not securely closed, the light bulb, and control panel buttons that may stop responding. Repairing a broken magnetron usually costs between $100 and $200, or $175 on average. About half of that cost is for labor and the other half is for the new part, though costs may be higher for high-end models.
