Overall it went OK. The windows were fine but the screens could have been a little better. They were very professional and respectful, though. Scheduling was easy once we got it straightened out.

Very well. The two men were on time, did the windows and left. I thought they would do the whole house but they said they were to do only 12.

The providers arrived on time, took a quick look around the house, and began work. One gentleman completed the outside cleaning, while the other completed the cleaning indoors. They were careful as they worked around furniture and personal belongings and completed the work as agreed. The windows look great--we will certainly call upon them again!

This turned out good. We had them clean out the leaves in the gutters while they were here. When they cleaned the windows, they cleaned them inside and outside. They were quick and did a good job. We were very satisfied and we would recommend them!

It was kind of a disaster. They brought no equipment except a ladder and a blower. They didn't have any bags to put garbage in, they didn't have a rake or a broom. They didn't even clean the gutters at the back and there's junk all over our furniture and patio. It was filthy. They didn't clean up and junk was all over the house.

Tim with Windo Genie is awesome!! He was very flexible with changing dates and fair on his price. He and his crew had this place perfectly clean in about an hour!! Very happy with the results!

Tim & his crew arrived at the scheduled time. They were all very professional, courteous & friendly. I explained that an unexpected problem had occurred & I would have to leave within the hour. They assured me they would be finished before then. They told me they would start on the outside & then come in to do the inside. They even removed their shoes inside w/o my asking them to( a real plus in my book). They did an amazing job, & finished in plenty of time for me to make the appointment. On the way out, they even cleaned my foyer mirror! I would not hesitate to recommend them for outstanding service, and will definitely use them again!

The owner came out to give me an estimate. I made an appointment for a week later. The crew showed up (4!) on time. All introduced themselves. They had me show them exactly what I wanted and went to work. Thorough, efficient and were out in a jiffy. Very professional. They even offered to clean the gutters for an additional small fee. Could not be more pleased. Great guys, hard workers and my windows have never looked better.

They were punctual and very professional. The team that arrived were very friendly and did a great job in a quick amount of time. I am very pleased with the outcome.

It went very well. However, the cost of the cleaning the additional windows over the limit was a little high, but the service was worth it.

Initially Window Genie East did not return my communication by a week later so I wrote a negative review. However, the manager contacted me to let me know he had been out of town and his assistant did not know how to respond on Angie's List. He gave me a discount to make up for the trouble and followed up almost immediately. When I had to reschedule because of an emergency, he accommodated me at once. The crew was very professional, polite, efficient, and exceptionally conscientious. I'm glad a gave them a second chance.

Wow! They were incredible! They removed the screens, cleaned the windows, sills and frames, and even took the time to clean a huge mirror we have in the hallway! Tim and his crew showed up at exactly 11am and went through the house systematically and had everything done in just a couple hours. I will definitely use them again, and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. I am so glad we have found such a great company!

Window Genie arrived right on time. Several men allowed the windows to be washed, inside and out within an hour and a half. They even brought in a long ladder to get the hallway window that is 17 feet high. That window has never been washed! All of the workmen were friendly and very careful inside the house. No water was spilled or splashed. Outside they were most considerate of my plants and scrubs. I took advantage of Angie's List Deal that I received via email. They were to wash 15 windows for $99. I have 17 windows so paid the extra $31. Having fallen on the ice and broken my wrist, this was a wonderful deal!!! Thanks Angie's List and Window Genie. My windows sparkle!!

Tim and his assistant arrived a little late, but not too bad (about 10 minutes). That's the only negative. Tim went through the house and we counted all the windows. The Big Deal was for 15 standard windows/screens for $99. We came up with 14 plus my french doors (2 large windows/1 screen) and my large bay window (a picture window bordered by two smaller windows with screens). He threw those in for only $20 more. They finished the job in about an hour. The windows look great. No mess left behind. Tim pointed out couple of windows that are beginning to fog. He was very courteous and professional.

Very professional and showed up on time! I recommend Window Genie East to EVERYONE I know. The price is VERY affordable and my windows look like I could walk through them the are so clean and clear! didn't take nearly as long as it would have taken me to do them! It is worth the money for sure because the quality is phenomenal! We have 3 children in our house and the men were very friendly and professional. This company is a wonderful! I can't say enough good things about it. I would definitely feel comfortable allowing them to come inside my home when I wasn't there to work! That alone is a lifesaver to feel that trustworthy of a company! I never realize what a bad job I did until I had them come. Now, I pay for my mother-in-laws and grandparents for gifts! They LOVE it! Best present ever!

Tim provided us with an estimate which was reasonable. They came out a few days later to clean the windows and gutters. The staff was friendly, prompt, and did an excellent job.

They showed up on time and the workers were very professional and courteous. They did a great job on the windows. I also had them pressure wash my concrete. It turned out great. Looks brand new!

Tim and his crew did not mess around. They cleaned my gutters first and was able to keep the ground clean and then followed with my windows. They are sparkling clean.
