Description of Work: I contacted Russ late about initiating 2016 service. He never replied to my phone calls. Not likely to respond to phone calls about lawn problems.

Description of Work: When I failed to remit early payment for 2016 services and called Russ to resume service, he never called back. I abandoned service, given that Russ wasn't very likely to respond to a problem, much less respond when I was trying to get help for a problem.

+ -1 moreProvider supposedly provides service for neighbors two doors down. I phoned twice over a three-day period, left a vmail on the recording and no response. I have to assume that they have too much work to handle more customers or the business is no longer in operation. Hope everything is okay.

+ -1 moreWe employ the Turf Club to take care of our lawn. They make about 8 visit per season. If you have a problem, they will come back out with no hassles. The products they use are excellent and the owners and workers and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Provides fertilizer and feed to the grass. He is very trustworthy and uses only the best products. As an added benefit, he does snow removal. A great and honest company.
