After having to leave a message and waiting for the return call, The Plumbing Doctor arrived at our home at the time agreed but sat out in front of our house on the phone for 5 minutes before coming to the door. Immediately, he asked for the deductible of 75.00 that was required for our home warranty before he would even look at the problem. Because this was a second opinion through our home warranty company, our deductible was waived (per the warranty company). He proceeded to make a phone call to verify this info and would not take our word. After realizing that indeed we were correct and he was not to be paid a deductible, he grudgingly took a look at our leak, but started to tell us that he was on a tight schedule and would have to make this call quick (after sitting in front of our house for 5 minutes on the phone). Because our house is old, concrete was surrounding the pipe from the toilet that ties into the main drain. Immediately, he quoted us a price of $5000.00 because he would have to remove the concrete, labor expenses, materials etc. We were not impressed from the first second he pulled up to the house and decided immediately to ignore his pricing. We called a plumbing company outside of the home warranty and they fixed the problem professionally for $1500.00 without having to remove any of the concrete and we have not had any further problems with the repair

Our home warranty had us go to them to install our waterheater. Within a day or two afterward, the waterheater kept shutting off and we could not keep it on. They returned and tried to fix the problem. When that didn't work, we contacted they again but they would not return our phone calls. So we went with someone else.

Mr. Green made it clear that he treats home warranty customers differently and overall I just didn't feel comfortable with the way he handled business. I felt the price he quoted us for a new tank was too high.

I figured put where the gas was coming from and led them to the drain in my basement. He looked in the drain and said nothing was wrong with it. He then left and charged me $55. I called another company the same day and they said I had a slow leak in the drain because the drain was dry. The price is the deductible for my home warranty.

Overall, the performance was good, but the toilets are not working properly.

CAME OUT LOOKED AT WHAT SHE THOUGHT WAS A PROBLEM & SAID IT IS NOT A PROBLEM HE CHECKED OTHER THINGS FOR LEAKS & OTHER POSS. PROBLEMS. SHE ASKED WHAT SHE OWED & HE SAID NOT A THING. VERY PLEASED!!!!

VERY GOOD WORK VERY HELPFUL ON TELLING HER WHAT SHE COULD DO ON HER OWN SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. GREAT!

DID A NICE JOB AND WAS VERY THROUGH WILL USE IN THE FUTURE

REBUILT A TOILET. VERY HONEST, VERY GOOD CLEANUP. WAY BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL

SEEMED SOMEWHAT UNFRIENDLY -- REPLACED SOME HARDWARD WITHOUT CHECKING WITH MEMBER, AND IT DIDN'T MATCH EXISTING. MEMBER IDICATED HE ACTED A BIT STRANGE AND WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN.
