I HAVE A HOME WARRANTY WITH FIRST AMERICAN AND THIS COMPANY IS WHO THEY HAVE DO MY PLUMBING WORK. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO REPLACE A LEAKY VALVE AND A SHOWER DIVERTER VALVE ON THE TUB. THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TIED ON THE SCREW TO TIGHT WITH ON MY OWN FINGERS. TO AVOID THE PROBLEM THEY ARE TELLING FIRST AMERICAN THE LINE FROZE AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THEY NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT MY LINES FREEZING AND I THINK THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING I WOULD NOTICE.

THE PLUMB MASTER WAS CALLED BY OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO REPLACE A BROKEN SINK STOPPER. THE PLUMBER REFUSED TO INFORM THEM OF PERTINENT INFORMATION. HE WAS RUDE TO ME DURING HIS VISIT. HE ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR THE STOPPER RATHER THAN REPLACE IT. HE DID NOT TEST IT AFTER THE REPAIR. AFTER HE LEFT, I TRIED TO USE THE STOPPER IN A NORMAL MANNER, AND IT IMMEDIATELY BROKE. HE TOLD THE WARRANTY COMPANY THAT HE HAD ACTUALLY REPLACED THE STOPPER AND THAT "I HAD RIPPED IT OUT CAUSING IT TO BREAK". THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PLUMBER SAID HE WATCHED ME BREAK IT. HE HAS ALSO TOLD THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THAT I MALICIOUSLY BROKE THE STOPPER. HE EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO DESCRIBE HOW I BROKE IT, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS NOT IN MY HOME WHEN I SIMPLY LIFTED THE STOPPER AND IT BROKE. HIS CLAIMS ARE UNTRUE. IT BROKE AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT PROPERLY REPAIRED. HE DEFINITELY LACKS INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE WARRANTY COMPANY HAS SINCE SENT ANOTHER PLUMBER TO REPLACE THE STOPPER.
Description of Work: REPAIRED TOILET AND CLAIMED TO HAVE REPAIRED SINK STOPPER. MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY HAD AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT OF THE STOPPER, BUT THEY DID NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE THE STOPPER. MY WARRANTY COMPANY LATER REQUESTED THEM TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE STOPPER. THE PLUMB MASTER IGNORED THEIR REQUEST.

HE WAS HERE FOR FOUR HOURS ON THREE SEPARATE DAYS. ALL IN ALL HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY GUARANTEE IF YOU COME BACK THEY WILL DEFINITELY TAKE CARE OF YOU. IT IS A FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS. HE DID HAVE TO CALL IN A SECOND PLUMBER, BUT EVERYTHING WAS FIXED. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.
Description of Work: REPLACED A PIPE AT THE GAS METER AND RE-ARRANGED THE PIPING ON THE FURNACE. HE FIXED MY TOILET REPLACING THE FLAPPER. HE CHECKED THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE THE GAS LEAK WAS FIXED. HE ALSO SET MY HOT WATER HEATER.
