+ 2 moreI purchased a bank owned home back in mid 2015 with the intention of fixing it up and renting it out. I had to contract out several of the jobs that I could not personally do. Steger Renovations was able to do the majority of renovations inside the home from the remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms to the drywall, painting and trim work and doors. I know that Steger Renovation is also very good with tile work, deck work, demo work and the professional finishing of basements or room additions. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend Steger Renovation for your next home project!
Description of Work: Steger Renovations was able to help with the Remodeling of my rental property's Kitchen, Bathroom, Painting, Trim Work and several Misc Items along the way! They do great work and I highly recommend them for any job whether Big or Small!!

+ -1 moreI received a contract on a house I am selling. The buyers requested that the above listed items be repaired. I was referred to Mr. Steger. He was able to make all the repairs in a timely fashion at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend him and I will use him again.
Description of Work: Fixed flashing, caulked foundation, porch slab and window sills, secured handrails, and repaired windows.

+ 0 moreTim was excellent to work with and does excellent work. Always on time and always working. I now have a laundry room on the first floor and beautiful floors. I am a senior and very very picky. Clean up was done everyday before he left. Hire him...you'll be glad you did.
Description of Work: Completed my bucket list ie: Outside: repaired leaning fence, repaired concrete apron in front of garage & sealed crack between garage concrete apron & asphalt driveway, sealed crack on concrete patio floor, hand cleaned & sealed patio cover (looks new after 20 years), repaired rubber patio cover roof. Inside: removed old kitchen floor and fixed squeaky floors (no squeaks now) - installed laminate floors in kitchen, hallway and third bedroom. Removed carpet in living, dining, family and master/third bedroom and fixed squeaky floors. Installed washer/dryer in third bedroom which was in my basement.
