Description of Work: Priestas Builder tore down our old garage and replaced it with a new larger structure. I am extremely satisfied. The quality is excellent. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crews kept the construction site clean.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO INSTALL A NEW LIGHT FIXTURE WHICH WAS NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL JOB. HOWEVER THE TRENCH FOR THE BURIED ELECTRIC WIRE FROM THE HOUSE TO THE GARAGE DID NOT FOLLOW A PATH I THOUGHT WE AGREED UPON. THE PATH THEY TOOK HAD TO CUT THROUGH TREE ROOTS. I HOPE THE TREE IS NOT DAMAGED. I CAN'T RECALL THE APPROXIMATE JOB COST.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT A FRAME TWO CAR GARAGE WITH VINYL SIDING, GUTTERS AND I UPGRADED THE SHINGLES.
