Description of Work: Chad was very pleasant to work with. He came out with a team of men and put a new roof on the back of my home and a new 1000 square foot addition. I would recommend him and his team of men to anyone that is in need of home improvement.

Description of Work: I bought a home that needed a great deal of repair, including a roof that needed to be replaced and also needed additional structural support due to age and warping of the roof rafters. I called Chad for an estimate and he came out the same day to look at the roof. He was very knowledgeable about the roof, venting, shingles, ice guard, etc. He climbed into the attic and walked the entire length of the attic and outside on the roof. He gave excellent suggestions and took a great deal of time to explain everything. We received his estimate with two days of his visit. His estimate was in line with the four other estimates I received. We ended up having to pull city permits because the structural issues were so extensive. This took months. Chad came out several other times after his first visit to adjust his estimate based on the initial and revised drawings of what had to be done structurally to the roof. In the end we decided to go with our general contractor who was doing the rest of the work on the house simply because it was cheaper and easier than using an outside roofer such as Chad. HOwever, I would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail.
