He was nice, I thought he was professional. We didn't go with him due to his price was higher then our budget. However, I am confident he would have done a good job. He responded way faster then what I expected. He did leave his card and we will call on him if needed.

Perfect! The company epitomizes professionalism. from start to finish they did all they said they would do, I couldn't be happier.

Mr. Rooter (Sam T.) used camera equipment to scope out the sewer line to confirm no major problem. His supervisor (Mark) was in our area and stopped by. They provided a recommendation if we had a problem in the future, but today's visit was confirmation that we didn't have a broken water line or anything major. Sam provided clean, courteous and efficient service. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

They never showed up....no call....no show. Terrible customer service. I called the office and was put on hold to listen to an advertisement of how great their company is. No actual person ever picked up the phone. Immensely disappointed!!!!!!!!

Mr. Rooter is a very responsive and professional workforce. Saw their ad in Angies List magazine, when we needed the drain cleaned. They were out the same day I called to do the job and it went very well. A few weeks later we were the market for a new hot water tank. Again, they were out the same day I called to check out the old tank and give us a free estimate. They did it all; checked for permits, removed the old tank, hauled it away and delivered/installed the new tank. I was very well pleased with all service performed by Mr. Rooter and would call them again when the need arises.

This is our second experience with this company over the past 6 years, both of which have been good. We discovered a sewer backup in our basement and called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Adam C. was at our house a couple of hours later, and we decided to clean the main line with a high-pressure water jet. However, Adam was able to determine with his camera that the problem was not as bad as originally thought, so the water jet was not necessary after all. Adam quickly cleared the line and was able to give us an overview of the pipe structure beneath our nearly 100 year-old house. He was very professional and was ultimately able to repair our problem for about $200 less than what we originally thought it would cost. Hopefully, we will not have to call a plumber for that kind of problem again for a very long time, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter.

He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the work and rates, was very cordial to my older sister who was there. Went right to work after the explanation didn't spend a bunch of time on his phone, was very conscious about our safety. Worked for around an hour, made sure there weren't any issues around the home, and thoroughly checked to make sure the drain was clear and that everything else was ok.

none they showed up with the wrong tools and when they call another repair person they did not show up, we had to call another company.

I tried Mr. Rooter on one of their TV promotions and was very pleased with the results. I had a slow clog that had lasted for several years. I tried everything to get rid of the clog with no success. I called Mr. Rooter they arrived at the house in a very short period of time, and successfully eliminated my clog. There was a misunderstanding about the price and Mr. Rooter immediately corrected the issue.

The company responded almost immediately to my request for a quote to install a gas line to the kitchen in order to convert to a gas range. The we're able to schedule the service within a couple of days and the individual sent out was professional and experienced. The install ended up being a little more complicated than planned, but presented no problems. I did spend more than expected, but am very pleased with the thoroughness and quality of the work. I would definitely hire them again for future needs.

Lance from Mr Rooter came out the same day that I called for service on a leaky toilet. The 2 hour time slot I was given was from 4pm to 6pm, and Lance was there promptly at 4pm. I was almost certain of the work that needed done, and Lance confirmed my diagnosis. What makes me give Mr Rooter such high marks, isn't the cost or the timeliness, but the quality of the work that Lance did on the job, specifically with replacing the flange. The original flange was completely rusted away and the join from the original flange, and the way it was glued, would have made replacing it very messy and potentially still leak. Lance cut away a 12" section of the PVC and created a new join, which assured a good seal. Regardless of any extra steps he had to take, the cost stayed the same as what he quoted prior to starting the work.

They are very good, they are prompt, know their job, and their prices are reasonable. I call them for all of my electrical or plumbing issues.

The service representative arrived within an hour of our phone call. He put on protective foot covers on his shoes when he entered our home so he wouldn't soil our floors & carpet. Martin spent time analyzing our plumbing to determine the best course of action to tackle our problem. He then called in additional help to verify his findings. Martin and Adam spent time explaining what they needed to do and walked us through the procedure and costs informing us of all of the issues, problems and complications that might occur based upon what they might find. They asked us questions to determine what our needs were and also showed us existing plumbing that was old and might cause problems in the future as well as inform us of plumbing that did not meet code standards and offered solutions to correct the code problems. They cleaned up after themselves and even rinsed our basement floor of the debris from the drain and also put our washer & dryer back into place. We have never had any service representative spend as much time and energy to not only solve our problem but to explain everything in such great detail. It is one thing to have a plumbing problem that needs to be fixed immediately but they went much further to review our plumbing, share their findings and offer several options of assisting us immediately as well as servicing us in the future based upon our remodeling plans for our home. Their ad on TV is very accurate. It caught our attention and we are glad we called them. This company obviously wants to do a great job and gain customer confidence to build future business. Our search for a plumber is over; we finally found a plumbing company that will use again when the need arises.

The young man who came out was professional, clean and dressed in his uniform. He was polite and it went very well.

I had a shut off value replaced in my basement. The next day I found my ceiling tile was wet due to the value was leaking. I called the service department and they had no concern for my problem. The best they would due is send someone out in the next 24 hours to fix the leak they cause. The lady stated they could not pull someone off a job to help me. I did have the origional plumbers number and called him. He came out that night and fixed the leak. The company didn't care if the leak they caused. I would never use them again. They are not licensed plumbers.

The plumber, Justin Wilson, was very professional, prompt, and helpful. When I requested the service visit I thought the job would be pretty simple. However, when Mr. Wilson began to replace a supply line he discovered a horribly corroded pipe just behind the wall. I was quite surprised that it was so bad, and that the repair was going to be a much bigger job than expected. He did a great job explaining to me what the problem was, getting the necessary parts, and fixing it. If the bad section of pipe had not been discovered and replaced during this repair, it could have caused a great deal of damage behind the wall! Mr. Wilson kept his composure in spite of my obvious dismay, and handled the unexpected situation with great professionalism and skill.

Mike was very courteous. He arrived a little early, you don't see that much these days. He cleaned up everything and didn't leave any mess at all. I would definitely use them again.

We set an appointment and Mr Rooter rep arrived on time. He asked several questions about my plumbing and if there had been recent plumbing work. There had been recent plumbing work as our bathroom was being remodeled. However the construction supervisor told me nothing was done by the plumber that would cause such a problem. He then examined by hot water heater and pipes in the basement. He called his supervisor and then asked to see where the plumbing work had been done. We went to the bathroom which was still under remodeling and he looked at the shower area pipes and told me there was my problem. There were no "hot" or "cold" handles installed yet (only screws were visible) but both hot and cold water were "on", so there was hot water flowing to that pipe. He explained that hot/warm water was then traveling to the next spigot that was opened. He suggested I turn screws "off" with a screw driver for the hot & cold water, and since he did not perform any service there would be no charge. I followed his direction and that solved the problem.

The Mr. Rooter office lady was very nice and promised me the technician would be at my home within a few hours. This was Sunday and the technician, Adam, was there within less than two hours. He was professional and friendly and did the job quickly. I told him I was a Angies List member and he gave me a large discount. I will definitely call him again if I have another problem.

It went very well! The gentleman was polite, knowledgeable and went right to work. His uniform was clean, and I was very comfortable with him in my home.

They performed this while I was at work but one of my lines that was clogged was corrected. They were punctual, fairly priced adn did not try to up-sell me any other of their services.

I have used them a lot. They have tremendous turn around. They don't seem to have consistent staff. They always come in and offer to do a bunch more work for a lot more money. I can't even count the money I've spent with them because every time they come in there's well you ought to do this or something could flood. They will come to your house and there going to sell you something else that's going to cost a lot of money. I have had a lot of work done by them.

Had a small backup on a basement floor drain. Called Mr. Rooter on Sunday, they stuck to the time frame given, were very quick arriving when they called to say they were on the way. The technician was very friendly, gave me an estimate if I wanted the drain cabled. But was honest and good enough to let me know that was needed and I could just run hot water to the drain to see if it would back up again. It didn't and he gave a few suggestions for future cleaning/maintenance and was on his way. Was a very easy and refreshing experience.
