Description of Work: they put a new main water line and removed the old one without digging through the entire pipe line. They did an excellent job in a timely manner.

Description of Work: We had a water line break so they dug up the yard and reran the line. After the repair, we still had leakage by the front of our property by the road. They supported us in convincing the city that this new leak was on the city's side of the line.

Description of Work: The company failed to tell me that I had (in the not too distant past) hired them to do the very job they came to accomplish. As a result, the only benefit was to have physical evidence that I didn't need them to repeat the procedure....the drain was clear.

Description of Work: Mr. Rooter came out for an emergency call to fix another plumber's mistake. The charge may seem high, but someone was on site within the hour, which actually accounted for almost half of the charge. Great customer service, response time, and work! Will be using for any future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They replaced my shower fixture and pipes. Service was a little pricey but very professional and well done. I will definitely use Mr Rooter again.

Description of Work: They replaced my sump pump with a new one with a battery back-up. I was very pleased overall with the work; however I had to ask the service technician more than once about checking the water in the battery once a month. This was mentioned on the paper work with the battery back-up. He seemed a bit unfamiliar with this process. Other than that, he seemed to know what he was doing and answered my questions politely.

However, Mr. Rooter during their "complete" inspection tried to sell me $600 in other services not needed, hence the "D" Professionalism grade. It's awful to use a low price drain clearing as a way to sell more expensive services that aren't really needed. | |As far as the drain, it was very professionally completed.
