Description of Work: Provided an overview of the problem we're having in the sink. It relates back to the builder using shoddy practices 4 years ago when house was built. It was Rockford Homes by the way and the Mr. Rooter rep was surprised at the shortcuts taken to get the original install done. In fact, he was uncomfortable even providing an estimate to 'shore up' the poor work that was done installing the sink under the granite countertop. I appreciated the indepth explanations I was given, and I did get a quote to redo from scratch, which we cannot afford currently. Rockford Homes declined to respond to my email asking for clarification regarding their policies, not so much as a polite refusal to discuss. Just crickets. We are left with a real quality problem and headaches. I would use Mr. Rooter again certainly; unfortunately I would not use Rockford Homes again.

Description of Work: They had to replace the toilet supply line valve, which began leaking. They also updated the line to the toilet, since the prior part was quite old. Fast, very nice, and reasonable price. This is the fourth time I have used this company, and have been happy every time.
