Wanted way to much...very expensive.

Fine except they overcharged for work since it is a insurance claim and have threatened me with being sued but they have not sent the bill to the insurance company

The technician was on time and got to work right away. He finished the job, and in about 6 hrs we had hot water again.

Have set up 4 different appoints with 2 hours windows. Plumbers call 4-6 hours late each time or doesn't even show at all. Used to be a decent company don't know what has happened lately but will not be using anymore. Spotty work on some of the jobs also

On time, in and out in about an hour.

They really did a great job. Good job.

Chad, my technician did a great job. The initial inspection and estimate was free of charge. Chad gave me a best case and worst case estimate. Fortunately, the clog turned out to be the best case scenario. He arrived within the estimated window provided when I called in during the weekend. Chad was very personable and got the job done. I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend Chad and Mr. Rooter to anyone.

Made an appointment for a 2 hour window on a Saturday which the dispatcher said was available. After no call or plumber showing up during the window received a call saying they were running behind. They were unable to give me an estimated time of arrival but said they would be there that day. Received a call at 9 pm approximately 8 hours after the original window and they said they needed to reschedule because there were too many emergencies due to a storm (there was a storm so ok). Rescheduled for a 12-2 window 2 weeks later, Same thing. No one during the window. Calls assuring me they would be there that day. Around 5 pm I called them and they said that they "couldn't get a hold of their technicians" but they worked late so someone would be out. The call to tell me they were coming never came. Two days of my life, still no one to do the work. This company has serious operational problems. Not only to they routinely overbook appointments that they can't keep, they can't even get their employees in the field to call them back or update them on status. I can only imagine the work is of equivalent quality.

I was dreading having to call out someone to clean out my root clogged downspouts. But I was more than pleasantly surprised when Mr. Rooter Aaron showed up. He and his JET Team used the latest technology, a high pressure water jet, to cut the roots out of my downspouts with ease, and I have a very long downspout system over 150' total. They then used a camera to show me where my issues were. Great job team! Professional, courteous and straight up!

Price was higher than most but job was needed immediately. Job was completed satisfactorily. For the price I thought they should have returned lawn to previous condition.

The plumber was not familiar with the mechanism. Didn't seem to know what to do. Ended up replacing the whole tank.

It was approximately $2000. We are happy with their service and we've had friends who have used them. It was a good experience.

I can't really remember much about that, but I do know that I liked them. I liked Mr. Rooter. They had an electric company too, but I used the plumbing company.

We bought a new water heater from another company. I couldn't replace the water heater because the floor drain was clogged. So we had to call them out again for the floor drain. I really like them. I'll be honest with you when I called them about the floor drain, I called them in a panic and they came out in 2 hours. I was like Wow, Okay. I would absolutely use them again.

I actually had to call them 3 times before we could sell our house. We had some issues come up. I did used Angie's list for that one. Actually, I take that back they only came out twice. We were having water heater issues. We had to buy a new water heater from another company. Then, I couldn't replace the water heater because the floor drain was clogged. So we had to call them out again for the floor drain. I really liked them. I think their price is pretty reasonable.

It took several visits to get it opened

From beginning to end the process was amazing. Called the number here on Angie's List and left a message, within 15 minutes I got a call back to schedule and confirm the problem. They had very good availability and had me scheduled for the following day. I received an email with my confirmation. They called me 40 min before my tech, Adam Cocroft, arrived; they also sent me an email with his name and picture. Adam surveyed the situation, told me what he was planning to do, and if i wanted more done. Adam got to work, cleared out my drains from the street (which were almost completely full of roof asphalt, we just bought the house). Adam, showed me on his camera that the line was broken and could fix it, I did decline this offer and opted to perform the work myself. Adam then finished cleaning out the remaining portion of my line. Adam Cocroft is the niced guy Ive met, extremely personable, great to talk to, and highly knowledgeable. I felt as though we were in good hands and knew what we have to do to prevent this build up in the future. Best tech, Adam Cocroft, will use Mr. Rooter again because of him.

Mr Plumber Josh arrived, we talked about the problem. He told me how much the job would cost. It was high at $202.94 but I told him it needed to be done. He went to his van for appropriate tools, cleaned the drain, snaked the pipe, cleaned up. I paid him and he left, job completed in about 1/2 hour. I see ads on tv (channel 10tv) all the time for drain cleaning at $95.00. The company runs this ad constantly on tv YET I was not offered nor told this was the amount I'd be charged. This struck me odd that I was charged then as much as I was. My work was done on a Thursday. The immediate Monday morning there was the same ad for $95.00. I immediately called Mr Rooter Plumbing to ask why I paid $202 when they advertise same job at $95.00. I was finally put in touch with a gentleman (Mark) at the company who told me it was up to me to MENTION their ad that runs all the time on tv. They do not offer it. Bottom line, he is refunding me the difference as he said my job was a $95.00 job. I told him I appreciated the refund and that I'd be watching for their refund check to get to me in the mail. Word to the wise here - if you choose to use this company for drain cleaning, MENTION THE $95.00 AD that they RUN ON TV. My point, if this is the price they CONSISTANTLY advertise, it is my opinion that THEY NEED TO HONOR IT without forcing the consumer to mention it.

they sent one guy out to do all the work that took most of the day, and he was sick. All I can say is I have not had any more leaks as of yet.

Adam & Rick were very professional. Showed me what had happened; and, not only showed me how to fix it, but how to avoid the problem in th future. They were great!

They replaced the pipe and it all works now.

The service associate was very professional. The job he was completing before mine took longer than expected but the company stayed in contact with me and updated his ETA.

The technician was fantastic, very pleasant, answered all and any questions we had. He did not leave our house until he made sure everything was working to our expectations.

They did a great job! We have used the company a number of times, and have been pleased with each service rep.

Since then, I bought the equipment to do it myself. That is the reason I won't need to use drain cleaning again.
