I was very pleased with the service. The worker was on time and very effective at his job. The sink in the basement now flows well, He even took a look at the upstairs bathroom sink to give me an expert opinion.

Very impressed by the short time between contacting Mr. Rooter Plumbing and having a new hot water tank installed. Paul was professional and punctual. I would highly recommend their services.

They called when they were on the way and the drain cleaning went great! I would use them again if I had another deal on drain cleaning. I also received an estimate to install a replacement dishwasher. The estimate was for over $400 which was ridiculous. In the end I contacted another plumbing company that installed for $145.

I originally had purchased a $59 coupon through Angie's list for this company when my bath tub drain was backing up. I called them out for $59 drain clean out service and first they quoted me $3900 and a lesser service for $2600. I'm not saying that additional work above $59 wasn't needed. They showed me the holes in the house's original cast iron drain pipes. I just think that $2600 was a little pricey. So far I have no complaints about the quality of the work. All of the drains run much better and the toilet runs much better than it did. Also they wouldn't credit the $59 against the total bill. They told me I'd have to get the refund from Angie's list.

Service was excellent. Company came out on Labor Day and preformed this work, which is outstanding. I was given a one hour time frame and service was provided on time in a prompt manner. Very professional and would recommend to anyone needing prompt professional service. My home warranty company assigned a plumber that couldn't come out for at least 2 days.

We have decided to wait awhile longer...but will bring them in to do the work. Totally honest and totally professional thank you Alex H!

It was a good price. The guy was a little late but they called saying he was running behind, however he still showed up later then what they said on the phone. He took care of the drain ok and was a friendly guy.

They took care of it in one day. They came back after the laminate flooring was done and cut the bolts and put the toilet back in at no charge.

Called them in the morning and Alex was here about 1:30ish same day. This was not a rush or emergency, they were that quick!! Alex did a great job, cleaned out on of my down spots and checked the other but it was not blocked. Very professional and on time.. I will definitively use them again if needed. that kind of cost right now.Cleaned drain, said I had broken drain tile that needed repair. Estimated 10-12K. Said he would have someone come out do look and give an actual estimate. never appeared. Not a big deal because I can't afford that right now.

This company was great!!! Bobbie was the technician who came out to the house. He gave us mulitple options for doing the quoted work. Bobbie is really personable and was easy to work with, which made the process go smoothly. He took the time to walk us through the details of the quote, which we accepted. When the workers, Troy and I didn't catch the other guys name, came out to repair the line they kept us in the loop as to what was going on and they did an awesome job cleaning up after the repair. I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter and I would gladly recommend them.

They had some difficulty finding the drain which is 10 feet down and there was previous foundation and other drains down there. They gave us an acceptable price reduction due to additional mess.

He was prompt and fix the leak quickly

Mr. Rooter did a great job. My drain was totally blocked and had to be taken apart. Adam, the Mr. Rooter service technician, worked really hard. He was very professional. After taking apart the plumbing under my sink, Adam ran a "snake" and unclogged my drain. He replaced my plumbing parts, damaged from the clogging, with new ones. He did a thorough check to make sure everything was working properly and not leaking. It was perfect. He was very neat, and cleaned up afterwards. The cost of repair was discussed upfront and there were no surprises. Overall, Mr. Rooter provided great service. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs.

Was told that they would be arriving at 8:00 a.m. No Mr. Rooter by 8:30 a.m. Called to check where they were and was told that I had an 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. window - which I was never given by the Dispatcher. Given the poor communication and waste of my time, I simply called a competitor who provided excellent communication about their arrival time (including calling me when they knew they would be delayed) and a great price on the service.

Alex Harrison was very professional and prompt. A very nice man. He looked over all of our plumbing in the basement and checked out each drain and VERY quickly found the problem and took care of it immediately. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable about about all aspects of plumbing. He was able to answer all of our questions and did an EXCELLENT job. We will recommend Mr. Rooter and Alex Harrison to everyone we know. We definitely will use this company and Alex Harrison again.

I had at least one clogged underground downspout line that I noticed during a heavy rain, when the water burbled out and on to my driveway. So I did some research on Angies list and chose this provider, who has very positive and well-deserved reviews. First, let me say this is one responsive provider. And the customer service and the work were high quality. Only one line out of the 7 at my house was blocked, and that was one of the shortest in the bunch. Yes, they cleaned it and it worked fine after that, but I thought the price was a bit high for inspecting all and cleaning only one downspout line.

It went well except for the hose on the high pressure water line used for cleaning out the drains bursting. They came back the next day and finished the last drain.

The service itself went very well. My kitchen sink was clogged and after several home remedies I decided I needed help. On Friday May 17, early morning, I called two other plumbers I had used in the past but they were unable to come out the same day unless they came after hours, charging the after hours rate. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to come out during the day. They charge a flat rate for their services (some plumbers I have used charge hourly). We scheduled an appointment between 11-1. Mr. Rooter called me at 11 and said Tyler would be out to the house within the hour. He arrived before noon. His service went very well. I thought his sales pitches were a little pushy - telling me I need a new garbage disposal, new pipes, etc... before he even diagnosed the sink clog problem. Once we got past the sales pitches, he did a fine job. Sink unclogged. He gave me quotes for the many other problems I apparently have. I updated this review because after further reflection I don't think I would hire this company again. I have since had another company complete the additional work on my sink and the experience was much more professional. Plus the price was lower than what was quoted by Mr. Rooter. While Mr. Rooter did complete the work appropriately, their pushy approach is something I would prefer not to deal with.

We had a backup in the basement last spring. We called Mr Rooter and they came on a Saturday afternoon. The techs were nice but they didn't have the proper machinery with them and the camera was broken at the time. They had to come a second time just run the camera. They didn't look for the clean-out point in our basement and instead accessed the main sewer line from the main stack. This ended up costing us more money because they had to chip out the cap. Also, since they were so far away from the blockage (caused by roots we later learned), they couldn't get proper leverage or the drill bits to the blockage. They had to return a 2nd time to clear the roots and wouldn't gaurantee the service. THey advised that we needed to dig up the front yard and install a clean out point and possibly replace the line. We decided to wait a year before seeking a second opinion. This past week, a competitor came out and looked at our line. The competitor actually found the main clean-out point in our basement (it was there all along) and was able to do a much better job at chopping the roots out. They also said that there are alternatives to digging up the yard in order to install a new sewer line. I felt much better dealing with this other company. I mean, how can you not even look for the main clean-out point and start suggesting digging into someone's yard for no reason.

I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they had weekend hours. I did have to call when the time window was closing to check on when they were going to arrive. The technican got held up at another appointment so they were a little outside of their time window (no big deal). The disposal was changed out and fixed within 20 minutes. The price was $230 (without a disposal - I had purchased that at Home Depot before the appointment) before the $30 Angie's List coupon...so $200. Seems a litte high for 20 minutes worth of work - I questioned it and was told no one changes by the hour anymore and it was by job. He was there and was prepared to do it so we went ahead, though I thought the price was a little high. Overall we were satisfied and have had no issues with the new disposal.

The service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue. He was also on time and very courteous. I would recommend him.

They showed up the morning they were going to. They were very professional. They were timely. They came out twice on the weekend, before we figured out what the problem was. And the second time they didn't charged us for the service. But they are a little pricey.

After my daughter emptied multiple containers of leftovers down the disposal in the kitchen, we found that the kitchen drain was completely clogged. I tried everything I could do myself to try to fix this including taking apart the under-the-sink apart and cleaning them - though no clog was found there. After calling Mr. Rooter at 8am this morning, I can report that the clog was cleared before 9:30am. Wow! We had a fantastic experience, "A" is not strong enough. We were originally told that a technician could arrive later in the day. I mentioned that I was waiting to leave town and they called us with an earlier opening and Alex arrived within 10 minutes. He was very courteous and respectful towards our house and gave me a quote for the job that I thought was very fair. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made efforts to clear the clog with the least cost tricks he knew. Yes, he actually *tried* to save us money. Unfortunately, the tricks did not work and he needed to bring in his electric spinning snake to find and clear the clog - which was exactly where he thought it would be. While here, he gave some advice about how we can avoid this in the future and about which garbage disposal to buy (as I'm going to replace that myself). I'll definitely use Mr. Rooter again in the future and ask for Alex!

The technician was very professional and prompt. The only complaint I have the the price they charged to replace a spigot. Because of the urgent need to stop the water. we were unable to shop around.
