Description of Work: Ryan replaced and repaired the electrical wiring in my crawl space that was damaged and moved my circuit breaker box to another room (it was originally in the bathroom). | |Ryan was very professional and respectful. He got the job done in a timely manner and did not hesitate to came back to fix a problem that I noticed later relate4 to the repairs. I also received a discount for being an Angie's List member, which helped a lot. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done. | | |

Description of Work: Nothing as they never showed up. Was supposed to have an apt between 10am and 11am. I received a call at 10:55am stating they would be running late and couldn't provide a exact time. I finally called the office and cancelled the apt at 12:15pm as I hadent heard anything since my call at 10:55am

Description of Work: Didn't do anything. They wanted to charge me extra $300 to install the ceiling fan. I told them no and sent him on his way. I later had a service man installed TWO ceiling fans, for $150.00

Description of Work: I have been using a Big Deal for Mr Electric of Columbus & Cincinnati. They put the surge protector on our main electric board and did a quick home inspection on the electric service.

Description of Work: I decided to get the special on the whole house surge protector. They came out on time and were very professional. The technician explained the surge protector when he was finished. I was very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: My husband scheduled an appt with Mr Electric to complete installation of a ceiling fan. Mr Electric never showed up and never called. We finally called someone else. Very poor customer service!

Description of Work: Checked electrical in the house. Installed surge protector. Installed a couple CFIs and outdoor outlets and reconfigured wiring in the main box.

Description of Work: Called 8:00 am for service to some undercabinet lighting. Said they could come that day between 2 and 4. We made ourselves available for the time frame. At 3:00 they called to say the technicians were held up and would get to our home when they could. At 5:30 called for status and they still didn't know an approximate time. Called at 6:30pm and they still couldn't tell us an approximate time but we were next on the list. At 7:30 they called to say they were still held up on jobs for the rest of the evening and wouldn't be able to come. Ask if I could reschedule for a time next week which we could not. I ask if they had anything the next day and he said they typically had a technician for Sundays but this weekend did not however when we called at 5;pm checking on status we were asked if we wanted to reschedule for the next day between 11:00am and 1:00pm. We feel it could have been handled more professional. At 6:pm we should have been told then that it was getting late and the technician probably wouldn't be able to come to our home and would it be ok to reschedule and apologize for the 5 1/2 hour wait. We know things happen that are unavoidable when you get to a job site but they were not accommodating at all.

Description of Work: I was extremely happy with the work performed by Dave M. from Mr. Electric. He was a few minutes late and apologized for the delay. He listened carefully to what I wanted to have installed, under cabinet LED lighting (see pic). He was very concerned with doing a very professional job. He wanted it done right and it not only had to pass my inspection but he wanted to be happy with it as well. I will definitely be calling Mr. Electric back for future services.

Description of Work: The service was excellent, due to my issues I had. Mike was came back the next day to make sure everything was working fine once the work was done by AEP. There were some issue he address that need to be done, but didn't have to be done right away. Thank you for your great service Mike.

Description of Work: I had several small electrical issues that had been building up, including a ceiling light fixture that needed replaced, dimmer switch issues and a few electrical outlets that were not working. Service was prompt. Even called ahead to see if they could come early, which was much appreciated. Kenny was one of the friendliest service people I've had visit my home. After showing him all of the issues, he suggested I go purchase the light fixture that needed replaced while he worked on the other things. He told me exactly what type of light fixture I needed, so I left to purchase that so he could complete everything in one visit. I felt some of the charges were a little high, but it had been a long time since I had any electrical work done. I would definitely call them again.
