Description of Work: The downstairs family lost power. They were out within a few hours. The Tech was able to find a bad connection in an upstairs outlet within a half hour. I was impressed with his troubleshooting abilities as the outlet was in a totally different part of the house.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's list deal for a ceiling fan insulation. I scheduled the appointment for an evening after work. They called me several times before hand trying to squeeze the appointment in for another time. Then the day of the appointment the service man's van broke down and I had to reschedule the appt. When I finally had my appointment, the young man was nice, but he didn't have a brace which he said was needed per code which was an additional fee, and he had to go get it. He was gone for a long time. It ended up being a very long evening and the brace cost about three times more than it should have, so I felt taken advantage of.

Description of Work: Replaced dryer outlet. Serviceman was supposed to arrive between 11&1. Office called every hour with updates as technician was running behind. Finally arrived at 4:30 but had to return to office to get correct outlet since he didn't have one in his truck. Finished about an hour later.
