Very well. 2 electricians from Mr. Electric showed up on the scheduled day and time. Put drop cloths down to catch the dust/drywall/insulation. Went very quickly. Excellent job, would highly recommend. Also, gave us some information on other electrical issues to keep an eye on.

The office was so nice. They were understanding that I worked 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and had difficulty being off work. They worked with me and were there at 8 a.m. to help. He was very nice, talked me through what he was doing. I was a bit surprised by the cost for just swapping out a socket, but certainly not something I would have found on my own.

Were quick to schedule an appointment. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and very helpful. Electrician arrived on time and was polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and what he had done to solve the problem.

Everyone that I talked to was very courteous, kind and receptive.

Went very well. We hardly knew they were there doing the work. Took a reasonable amount of time. Showed us what they had done and the location of the outdoor boxes.

Good job. Punctual and very professional. A little expensive for the work, but we didn't have a ladder to reach. We are having this company give us an estimate for an attic fan because of the service we received this time.

The work was completed very well and the electricians were professional and advised of the costs at each step of the way. The reason why this was very costly is that the new circuit for the office was located on the second floor. They had to pull a new circuit from the panel which was located in the garage. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them again. I appreciate that they charge by the job and not the hour. As this job did take a very long time to complete.

As for the work, I have no problem. My dissatisfaction would be that he was 45 min. late. I had not received a call, he did say he tried. I called them again and they said he was in route. He had to leave to get more wire because he didn't have enough. If you were going out on a job you should have your materials. The bill was not itemized, so I don't know if I was charged for that 45 min. which was not my fault.

When I called the company, I spoke with the contact person Annette. She was extremely friendly and professional. She was able to tell me what to do and when to expect the workers. The electrician that came to the house was excellent. It was one of our worst winter days, and he still got the outside job done, never once complaining. He was very knowledgable and friendly and even gave me a discount. I was extremely pleased with the job.

Scheduled time was 9 - 9:30. Mike arrived close to 10. He very polite. He gave me a quote for the work. It was more than I was willing to pay so I asked him not to install the wall lamps and he gave me a revised quote. He performed all the work as requested and had some time left so he offered to do the wall lamps for no extra charge. Most of the work was indoors with the exception of replacing the two sets of exterior lights with motion detectors (it was about 20 degrees outside).

I was satisfied with the overall installation. The company was professional and responsive. I contacted them through their web site and received a call from their customer service rep. the next day. An est. was scheduled for the following week and had the actual est the next week. Jeff was on time on the day of the install. It turned into a much harder install than he expected. He was not able to complete the job in the original time est. Jeff came back the following evening to finish. He worked with me to connect all of my designated circuits. We fired up the generator and everything worked properly. He did not have the proper 60 amp breaker, so he installed a temporary 50 amp. I was not running anything 240V, so the 50 amp was working fine. It slipped his mind and I ended up reminding the company a few weeks later that I still needed the 60 amp breaker. I had the new breaker installed the next day. The technician knew his stuff and was nice to work with. Thank You.

Kelley was very helpful in getting the electrician out to my house the same day and Tim was very polite and professional while he was here.

He made a few adjustments and did not charge me. It was quite refreshing.

Very prompt. Very good work. Very friendly. They are very customer-service oriented. There was a miscommunication about an emergency fee (There was no emergency, but we were charged one because the answering service said it was an emergency). It was resolved with a generous credit toward future work.

After reading reviews on Angie's List I was impressed with Mr. Electric. I was especially impressed that they would come out and give free estimates. I wanted to be sure that the symptoms we were having with our light switches were not a fire hazard. The electrician flipped the switches a few times and told me it seemed a couple of them were wearing out. He removed one switchplate to find the switch cracked. He told me that two of them should be replaced. Relieved that there was no fire hazard or major problem with the wiring, I thought this was a repair we could do ourselves. Unfortunately, he said there was a $129 diagnostic fee. Apparently, once he puts on his tool belt and loosens a screw he has done work. I would have gladly paid a lesser amount for his visit,expertise and for the security in knowing we weren't dealing with a fire hazard, but I felt the price was much too high for replacing two light switches. He left to get the switches and returned to install them.

The quote was for GFI receptacles and regular panel breakers. I told him that I wanted GFI breakers not GFI receptacles. He said that it would cost more and he did not have the GFI Breakers with him or the 20 amp receptacles. So he put in 15 amp ones & would be back to swap them. I would get rescheduled. After two weeks I called them. They came out the next week. I complained that the second receptical he installed is only about 5 inches off the deck. With any decent snow fall it would cover the receptacle. He agreed but said they would have had to do the job by going inside the wall or running conduit. I got $13 for each GFI received, but rec'd no credit for the breakers on the 1st bill. I supplied the 20 amp outlets and he installed them for $113.32 He said the breakers were $65.00 each, but the bill for installation was $280.86. Keep in mind that I also got member rate. So the return visit was another $332.18. It was like dealing with two different companies. Total Job over $800.

When we moved into this home the dishwasher and garbage disposal wiring was all screwy. The dishwasher was on a switch and the disposal was on an extention cord under the sink. He rerouted the wiring and now it is correct. This house passed inspection with a home inspector but it was a weird set up and now it is the way it should be.

Very clean. They put covers on their shoes and explained everything.

Mike was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Perfomed all work to my satisfaction and was very informative. Gave me a confident feeling about their abilities. Very reasonably priced. Cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I brought in this company to replace the old wiring in the attic and intall new outlets and lights. Unfortunately (or fortunatley) for me, they also found some illegal wiring done by the previous owner and had to be replaced as well. Their teams worked for three days to complete the work in the old house. They busted their "expletive" the entire time and kept me informed on every step of the progress. They found serious problems the home inspector didn't find. I also had my own expert in the house while they were there (my father who is very knowledgeable on the matter)so I know what they did was truly needed and completed properly. Tim Hursey was the service tech who lead the numerous electricians in the house over the three days. I couldn't ask for a better technician. They encountered numerous obsticles in the old house and always found a way to make it work and proper. They are professional, curteous and timely and bent over backwards to meet my needs. Highly recommended.

When I called to schedule for an estimate, they were able to book me pretty quickly. Mike, the tech who came out, and was very professional and polite. He arrived on time, and took time to explain a number of things to me and answer all my questions. As I said, the cost for these jobs seemed somewhat high- for example, $166 for installing my own ceiling fan, NOT including the finishing work (drywall, sanding, etc). I've decided to get a few other estimates and see if I can afford to get this work done in the near future.

They were easy to reach, on time, very professional, and friendly.

Professional and courteous. However, I believe they way overcharged for services.
