The problem was not diagnosed properly and I was not happy with the results of the service call. I called the company and explained my issues with the generl manager and he agreed with me. The company refunded the money I paid without any hassle. They were honest and courteous, I would definitely hire them again it’s a company with integrity Tony P. Worthington

Excellent technician, very thorough, professional and prompt.

One of the only companies to call me back. Not the best price, but reasonable for the job done. A year ago I added a white marble backsplash in my kitchen. I had updated the electrical in 2005 with a remodel, but we installed beige/almond devices to match the rest of the house. Because the new backsplash is white marble, I wanted white devices to match. I had 23 total outlets/switches, including some GFIC outlets to be changed. Job was supposed to take 3 hours, and I believe he finished a little early. Service technician was polite, clean, thorough and on-time. He covered my new counters with a canvas tarp to protect them and he cleaned each area with a small shop vac as he finished. He did a wonderful job, I'm very pleased. I did supply the devices. I purchased them on my own to make sure I got what I wanted. He even replaced a few cover plates to match the others I already had. Seems I had missed a few in my original sweep after the backsplash was installed. AND, even though the original appointment was on 7/3, he couldn't do the job and would have to come back. He returned the following day, 7/4, even though it was 4th of July, and let me know that they work 24/7 with no extra charge for evenings or weekends. I would highly recommend this company if you need an electrician. I will hire them again if the need arises.

Thought price was high but it has been quite a while sjnce I have hired this type of work done.

They were very pricey and they didn't do much. They have checklist and they have price per category. But they were timely. I gave them C "for" professionalism because I don't agree with their price.

The job was done very well. Our lower level was a major problem and it turned out that our fuse box was in serious trouble. The team explained the problem and quickly fixed the lower level issues and fuse box. The bathroom fan needed parts in order for the installation to be completed to my satisfaction, the technician showed me exactly what to order and I have, he is coming back out to install them. We are pleased with the work, how easily it is to make an appointment and they were on time, in addition I received an email with the a photo of the technician and name therefore I knew ahead who was coming to my house.

I hadn't used Mr. Electric in a while and some of the reviews weren't very good. I called several other companies first who said they'd come out next week but it's hard to shower in a dark bathroom for a week. I called Mr. Electric and boy was I glad I did. I called at 2 p.m. I was given an appointment between 5-7 p.m. I got a call at 4;30 that the technician was on his way. Ivan was very professional, helpful and on time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. I will definitely call this compnay again. The cost was a little high.

Perfect. Very professional and polite. Went right to work and was done in less than an half-hour.

The company hired a gem in Jonathon! He arrived early, explained all of the processes before he started, as he worked, and once the jobs were completed. He ran into an unexpected wiring issue, but was able to fix it quickly. Again explaining why and the new pricing. We will be requesting, and recommending Mr. Electric and Jonathon again for our electrical needs in the future.

It did not go well at all. The dispatching center of the company changed the appointment time without notifying me which threw my afternoon into chaos. The only saving grace with this company was once the tech arrived the quality of work that they did was outstanding.

It was excellent work! They were on time, courteous, friendly, and I would use them again!

Pleasant person set up apt. Told me my window was between 1 -3. I called at 3:20 and was "next on the list" . Ivan Ray-Coe showed up at 4:30 and was done in 5 minutes ~ all was fine. Invoice time said 4:44. He charged me $158.70 for a diagnostic repair. He said that was their base fee so this SHOULD BE KNOWN and shopped when looking for service. I had to pay it and didn't complain but when I said that seemed like a lot for what he did he said he was sorry but he had to charge that AND THEN NOTED: I just came from an older ladies home and she just needed light bulbs changed and I had to charge her that too. I have continued to think about that and that just made me sad. Please know this fee structure when you are hiring this company!!!!

Do not call if you're expecting professionalism and quality customer service. I simply wanted to have an electrician give me a quote for some time sensitive electrical work in my house. When I called they scheduled me for the following evening between 7-9pm. I thought it was great that they were available so soon and after normal hours, however I received a call the following evening at 8:45 and was told I would have to reschedule because all of their electricians were tied up on an emergency job. So we rescheduled for the next evening between 5-7pm. By 8:15 the next night, no one had shown up and this time they didn't even bother to call with another excuse for why they couldn't be there. I will not be wasting any more of my time with this company, and I would suggest to anyone reading this, don't waste your time with this company either.

My initial impression of the company was great. I was able to schedule a late afternoon weekend appointment with a two hour window from 4 to 6. I needed to adjust my work schedule to make sure I was home from work early. I waited for about an hour and a half within the window and then called their service center I was informed that a technician was on their way. At 6 o’clock I received another call that said that the technician was behind schedule and they would not have another available appointment until two days later. At that point I canceled my service. I wish there was more transparency and communication about their schedule so I didn’t have to take the time to come home from work early, wait around the house, and be misled by their service center.

Electrician was knowledgeable, worked quickly, cleaned up, did a great job!

They estimated an arrival between 10 and 12, then they called around 12:20 telling me he'll be there in 30 minutes, so he showed up 50 min past the window they estimated. When the technician arrived, he quoted me that the inspections and replacement of light switch was $158, and to change the outlet was an additional $80. I asked him to change the switch and I'll change the outlet if it is $80. He did change the light switch in about 10-15 min., which in my opinion is a very high price compared to there provides. Won't use them again.

The technicians were very friendly and professional. Got the work done efficiently and cleaned up.

I had used them before in the past. They just did what they needed to do.

Too expensive. Paid over $300 to just to find out that I will need a new Attic Fan. If I elected to have this company install a customer provided attic fan, I would have to tack on an additional $350. If I would choose a company supplied attic fan, an additional $650 would be added to the original $300. Another electrical company will do the same job for less than $225 which includes labor and fan.

I don't recall the cost. The quality of work was good. The punctuality was good. I think it was just one guy. So far, so good.

The tech that arrived was a nice guy, but the quote was outrageous!!How does this company get away with these ludicrous prices?My father was a tradesman for years, so unfortunately for them I know what a fair price is for the scope of work being done. I had another provider, Joe Gioffre, do the work for half the price and the work was exceptional. If you need any work done, give him a call.

Work was very efficient and great quality. Very professional worker and timely. Have used them before and would recommend them to everybody.

I have an electric eye for my soffit lights - the technician had an attitude, replaced the electric eye, and left when replacing the electric eye did not work.

Scott was great, but we thought their prices were high.

The repairman was extremely nice - when he finally showed up. They were supposed to be there between 2 and 4, but the repairman did not show up until after 8. The person that called did not seem to care at all that the delay was so severe. He explained the payment and what he could and could not do.
