The Lorenz team were true professionals. They did an incredible job. After 20+ years in the house, the landscape was overgrown. They provided ideas on the best plants and shrubs based based on the sun and shade around the house. They removed all the unwanted shrubs, plants and bushes, cleaned up all the waste and replanted and mulched al the flower beds. What an amazing difference to the overall appearance. Highly recommend and will use and recommend to friends and family.

I hired Brad to install a patio in front of my house. He was timely, diligent, and friendly. The project took a little longer than expected, but he came back during his own time and completed it by himself! It looks great! Very satisfied, would definitely hire again, and highly recommend!

For basic bed cleanup and mulching they are fine. Beyond that, awful. They mulched BEFORE planting bushes. They tore out trees that were not supposed to be torn out and then charged us for the new plants. We signed up for their biweekly worry free weeding service. We got charged but they never provided the service. Tree trimming service was terrible. They were the cheapest quote and now we know why.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people they employ. Very pleasant and professional! I was not home while they worked, and so on my way home I was thinking to myself I would probably have to clean up dropped nails etc., because it always seems that I have to clean up after workers clean up. What an extremely pleasant surprise to see there was nothing for me to do but water the grass seed and watch it grow. Not only did they do an excellent job for which they were contracted, I just noticed that they also removed 3 piles of branches I had cut down. There were no nails, absolutely nothing for me to clean up! So, they went above and beyond what I asked them to do. I would recommend them to everyone, and I do not do that very often. I can't recommend this company enough!!! They are without a doubt one of the best landscape companies in Westerville. They are thorough, friendly, timely, and meticulous. They have transformed our yard from ok to WOW! Seriously WOW! We had an enormous amount of leaves from the winter along with branches and odds and ends. They cleaned it all up, got it out of flower beds and every crack and crevice. They dug new trench lines between the grass and mulch, cut down our grass plants and mulched everywhere. We are getting ready to list our home for sale and they without a doubt increased curb appeal by 100%! If I weren't moving, I would hire these guys to take care of my lawn and landscaping needs all summer long. Highly highly highly recommend.

I hired them for a major cleanup of my 1 1/2 acre property. They did not schedule as many men as they thought they needed and ran over their time estimate. The owner decided to walk off the job despite my efforts to get them to finish the work. I can only conclude that they had another job that was more valuable to them. The owner knew exactly what he had to do to keep out of trouble and I can only conclude that this kind of treatment is not new to him. If he ever does it again to someone, just remember that you do not have to pay anything at all if the contractor walks off the job.
