We bill the day of service for residential clients and we have a NET 30,60 for business clients. We have a variety of payment options depending on service used.
The staff was friendly but the money was not worth it at all for the work they did.

This is a new business and still has a lot to learn. I scheduled this company through Groupon, but I don't believe the cleaning services were worth the price of the groupon. First they had to call and cancel my first appointment and reschedule. Then they entered the reschedule appointment time wrong so they showed up 3 hours later after I expected them and were even 20 minutes late for the appointment time they did schedule me for. They did not call to notify me they were on their way or that they were going to be late. Second, because they scheduled me wrong, instead of getting 2-3 experienced cleaners I got the owner and one apprentice. When they I arrived (which they did not apologize for being tardy), I gave them a priority list with the Kitchen being the highest priority. They didn't do the kitchen until last with only 35 minutes remaining. The kitchen was not cleaned to satisfaction, the oven was as dirty as it was when they came, the backsplash and hood above the oven was still greasy, the outside cabinets were still greasy, and the floors (because they are darker and dirt is not visible) were still dusty and dirty. the faucet wasn't cleaned to satisfaction. They did clean the fridge well however. Upstairs they vacuumed well, cleaned all the mirrors, and cleaned all the blinds and window sills. Because the bathrooms appeared cleaned I do not think they spent much time there, so again the faucets still had some crust in the crevices. Overall I was underwhelmed with the cleaning, especially since my top priority for the cleaning was done poorly.

We apologize for any dissatisfaction that you may feel. As a company we strive for customer satisfaction, and that is why we ask that if you are not satisfied with the cleaning performed that you call us the next business day and we will come out to address your needs that may not have been met. We have a 3 hour window for the ETA that you are given so that may be why they were considered late to your cleaning appointment. The Groupon only covers 3 hours of cleaning for a home. Any more than 3 hours is charged at our hourly rate of $85. A lot of our policies were not included in the Groupon ad that should have been in order to ensure our customers of what service they are getting as well as to reduce dissatisfaction levels. We are happy to hear that some of your needs were met, as so we are sorry that some were not.
