+ -1 moreI hired them at the end of July 2017. I gave almost a $1200 deposit. Never showed up on the scheduled date to begin work. I emailed, called, and texted multiple times throughout the week with no response. I finally filed a complaint with Thumbtack. I did receive my refund back after Thumbtack stepped in to help. Had I not filed the complaint, I am fairly sure I would have never heard from him again. He came to the house to give the money and didn't even apologize. Be very cautious and I would never recommend.

+ -1 moreI signed a contract for painting my house. The total was $4050.50. I paid a deposit of $2025.25 as per the contract. The work was never done. It was to be completed the week of July 17. I called and email on July 21 and 23. He contacted me once (July 24) saying that he was sick and that he would get it done by the last week of July. Still nothing and no contact from him. I've asked for my money back. I told him that I would be contacting an atty. I have filed with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General.
