Marcus was timely, professional, covered everything, and actually went above and beyond what he needed to do just to take additional precautions. My only issue was with the initial form that I had to sign--won't get into details but it was couched more as an invoice, and actually called that, than an estimate or work order.

Marcus was knowledgeable, professional and told me the first say what he would do and how much it would cost. He was a man of his word and the roof looks great!

The technician was very polite and did quality work. A previous company was unwilling to repair and quoted thousands more for a new roof. Grateful I found these guys!

They were early on the day of the quote and on the day to make the repair.

I made a down payment and the work was supposed to start. Now he wants double what was quoted to me to even start the work. He wants double what the contract says.

My repair was a minor nail hole sealing and some flashing securement. It was a quick repair. I was very satisfied with the process.

Panda did awesome work and gave us confidence that they were completely trustworthy. They came in early morning and did the complete roof replacement in one day. It was concerning that rain was coming later in the day but no problem, they were finished before 3pm! Marcus came several.days later to do an inspection and make sure we were satisfied with their work. Outstanding customer service.
