+ -1 moreJeff Conner seems to be an energetic and creative architect. However, his ideas didn't mesh with ours. He gave us a number of options to consider which we hadn't thought of before regarding an addition to our current house. We decided to move instead of going with an addition.

+ -1 moreTHE CHALLENGES WERE TO CREATE A SECOND BATH AND MASTER SUITE IN A SECOND FLOOR OF A SMALL AREA OF OUR HOME WHERE SPACE WAS TIGHT. JEFF DEVELOPED ALTERNATIVE DESIGNS THAT MADE MAXIMUM USE OF SPACE AND TURNED A VERY TIRED OLD SECOND STORY INTO A SHOWPLACE. HE ALSO DESIGNED A GARAGE THAT HAS DETAIL THAT MAKES IT AN ATTRACTING BUILDING AND AN ASSET TO THE PROPERTY RATHER THAN SIMPLY A UTILITARIAN BUILDING TO BE TOLERATED. SIMILARLY HE MADE SLIGHT DESIGN CHANGES IN THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME BEFORE NEW CEDAR SIDING WAS APPLIED, DETAILS THAT TOOK AN OLD 1920'S BORING EXTERIOR AND MADE IT THE CHOICE HOME IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
Description of Work: JEFF DESIGNED A MAJOR REMODELING PROJECT FOR US INCLUDING A NEW GARAGE AND INTERIOR REMODELING.
