Description of Work: Electrotech is a solid, professional appliance and electrical repair service. It is the factory-designated repair facility for many high-end brands and they do excellent work at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: My oven over heats, Lowes sent him out over warranty work. He came late, he was to be here in the morning, Lowes sent a email saying morning, and also someone called the week before and she stated morning. He showed up after 2:30 in the afternoon and informed me I was wrong about the time, I showed him the email, he got bent out of shape, he had some kid he was training and he was acting like a big shot, he owns the business. He did nothing and said the oven was ok, it has been worked on before, and the next business who came because it does not work, put the tester in and set the oven for 350 and it went to 500 and melt his wire, so this business has no idea what he is doing, and don't make him mad, he gets even with lying.
