TRI-STATE HARDWOOD FLOORS

He came out to our house to estimate our hardwood floors weeks ago and then never responded again. No courtesy call or email to say he isn’t available or doesn’t want the job..he just never responded again. We were polite and straightforward on what we wanted and he just seemed disconnected and my husband noticed him “pretend” to measure but he didn’t even goto all the rooms we were asking to be re-done. If you’re not interested, at least be respectful enough to say it upfront instead of waste peoples time.

Phil came over to look at the floors the day after I called him and I had an estimate within 24 hours. They were able to start the job a day earlier than expected, and finished just as promised. The floors look fabulous! They were able to remove some water damaged spots, so now I won't feel compelled to cover areas with rugs. This is the second time I've used Tristate Hardwood Floors and I would highly recommend them.

The provider came to our house to give us an estimate. Instead of him calling us with the estimate, I had to call him. We went on vacation immediately following the estimate. We made many attempts to contact Phil, however he would not return our calls. He would only return a call after we were persistent in calling him over and over. When he finally called back, he said he couldn't find the estimate. He told us that he would call back when he found the information. He never called back. We called him again and still haven't heard from him. We really needed to have the work completed. We have wasted a great deal of time waiting for him to call us back. Now we have to start all over again and we are running way behind for this work to be completed. If he didn't want to do the work he should have been honest about that up front.

Received a prompt reply on line when sending for an estimate visit. Estimate was given on time and the work was done on time. A very nice courteous group of workers who did a great job. We would use this company again.

They were fine and very good. We've actually used them twice. I think their price was pretty good. I don't remember how much we spent. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

They answered my e-mail for an estimate immediatley, set up a date, arrived on time. Two days later we had an estimate by e-mail. After other estimates we contacted Tri-State and set up a date for installation. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job in one day. Very professional, clean, polite and hard working . We are very satisfied with our new floor.

Intensive Project. On time everyday. Great job of blending old and new work. Removed stains with minimal sanding in old work. 'Another company said they would have to replace the hardwood.' Ended up with a perfect job.
