+ -1 moreWhen I scheduled my appt. they gave me a 12-4 window. I received a call at 330 stating they were not going to be out. They had been dealing with a situation all morning and would have to reschedule. Why didn't I receive a call any earlier in the day so I couldve ran other errands.
Description of Work: I needed a new piece of dryer vent tubing placed in my wall so I could hook up my dryer. We just bought a house and the previous piece was too short. Would've only taken a couple minutes.

Description of Work: My Bryant System showed "System Malfunction" message on Sunday night. Motz was out first thing and replaced the faulty parts. They are real pros and do excellent work. I have used Motz htg & AC for a few years and every time they do an excellent job. It feels really good to support local small businesses!

+ -1 moreThese guys are awesome! The house I bought had a heat pump installed by them so when my thermostat went out I called them. Tim was prompt, courteous and skilled. I was quite impressed so I called them again when my air conditioning was out. It turns out it was a bad coil in my furnace and the furnace was very old so Tim gave me a quote. The quote was reasonable and I thought it would make sense to hire them since they were the ones who installed the heat pump. Here is what hiring a family owned business will get you; the wall behind the furnace was moldy and the flooring underneath needed to be ripped up. So what Tim did was came out and removed the old furnace and allowed me time to clean the mold, paint and rip up the flooring, then the crew came the next day when I had the work completed to do the new install. Big companies would have charged extra for that. I am very happy and will not only use them for all of my HVAC needs but will also recommend them to everyone I know!

Description of Work: Came out to do warranty work on my Bryant A/C. Tim Schultz replaced the inside coil which was leaking. He was very thorough and did excellent work. Schneller installed the unit but they are no longer a Bryant authorize service provider. I will switch all our family business to Motz instead of Schneller.
