great! it took a total of 3 days and they were there when they said they would.
Description of Work: crawl space drainage, vents, sump pump, redigging of drainage pipes etc. Glenn and his te@team of professionals have done a great job for a very reasonable price. joy to work with and very thorough. Great job, I am one happy customer!

I cannot say enough great things about Glenn and his crew. They are always very professional, punctual and clean when coming to my house. Our home is 104 years old with wood siding. This is wonderful but also challenging with all of the "critters" who find our home a nice place to live. Glenn has been amazing with keeping my house bug and mouse free for over three years. He is quick to return phone calls, quick to schedule and offers all of his services at very reasonable prices. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Description of Work: The exterminator tried to determine the point of entry for the honeybees that were coming into my basement. Since I had put screening material or the external exhaust pipe and code air intake on my furnace the technician felt that I had properly identified the point of entry of the bee infestation. | |The technician sprayed between all the cracks around the perimeter of the foundation from inside the basement. This included pulling out small bats of insulation spraying and then putting the insulation back. The technician spray with "extract of marigold". He assured me this should take care of the bees. It must have done the job, since then I have only had one bee get in and it was almost dead when I found it on the basement floor. | |The price of the treatment included coming back up to two more times to spray treat the around the basement foundation again. I doubt that I will have them return since the problem appears to have been resolve. | |I have used Maximum Termite and Pest Control for 6 years. They do an excellent job, show up on time and are always professional. I will continue to use them for my annual termite inspections and treatment as well.

We did an internal and external walk through as we have for the past 4 years since the house was treated. He was on time, courteous, and kind. Last year he even brought school supplies to donate to kids in Appalachia when he heard we were volunteering at a drive later that day!

They are great. They fixed a hole in my log home. They check for bees, termites, and other bugs. They usually come the day that I call them too.

He was very thorough. It was a free estimate. It seemed to be reasonable to me. He offered a contract, which is a warranty that covers damage. He was on time. I thought he was very professional. I think I would use him, but I would get 2 other estimates as well. He was quite a delightful, professional person. He took alot of time with me.

SELLER OF HOUSE PAID FOR ORIGINAL TREATMENT. NO SIGN OF TERMITES SINCE. I CONTACTED MAXIMUM ABOUT A RENEWAL OF THE TREATMENT AFTER ONE YEAR. I WAS SURPRISED THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. THEY DID COME OUT, AND FOUND NO INFESTATION. THEY SEEMED SOMEWHAT UN-ORGANIZED. I WONDERED IF THE "GUARANTEE" WOULD REALLY MEAN ANYTHING. IN THE 2ND YEAR, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT A RENEWAL, AND DECIDED NOT TO INITIATE THE CALL MYSELF.
