One of my neighbors hired Houck to seal their driveway & was satisfied. I called Houck for an estimate to repair my driveway. They said they'd come out in a few days and give me an estimate. In a couple of days, Houck did come out and look and told me that they'd have their subcontractor come in the next week to do an estimate. It's been 3 weeks, and so far no one has come or called me again. Although Houck was prompt in their original visit, there's been nothing since then. In my opinion, as the main contractor it's Houck's responsibility to follow up on their subs to make sure an estimate is done.

The work was not to be subcontracted out. After determining that the work required was not something we performed in house, we simply forwarded her information to a local Paving contractor as a favor. We apologize to Member for any misunderstanding.
