Couldn't be happier with this company. From Amy's first visit through completion of two porches, the service was superb. The only glitch was the weather. It rained the day the service was scheduled, but Amy worked with me to get the work completed as soon as possible. The installers were courteous, friendly, and very helpful in explaining their work. They left the property clean and I love the look of the product.

On time and very professional. This work was completed in half the time I thought it would take. The floor in the sun room is absolutely beautiful.

Great people, great work! Our garage floor looks fantastic. They even made sure to cover my motorcycle so it wouldn't get concrete dust on it.

We are very happy with our new (9/8/23) Fortress Floor. From the inquiry, the quoting process, scheduling, and installation the Fortress Floors Midwest team was outstanding. Each step was well managed by professional people and we got great results. Our job was a fairly simple two car garage that we actually use to park cars. The original concrete was pitted, the aggregate was coming up, and the concrete dust was overwhelming. The new floor fixed all of that and we can do simple new things like adding a fridge or a freezer and even walking barefoot in the garage again! We no longer track dust and pebbles into the house and we already see the difference inside. Probably most impressive was the teamwork across sales, scheduling, and installation. The small group we worked with: Amy, Michelle, and Jarrod and his team of two were fantastic. It is probably a small business thing, but they do seem to be organized to get projects done. Amy even brought donuts for the installation team on the morning of our job! It says that they work well together and they certainly get great results. We would recommend Fortress Floors Midwest to anyone with a coating job of any kind. We already have twice this week!

I was very impressed with Fortress Flooring from start to finish. Jarrod and his crew did an excellent job and walked us through the entire process. Amy is a business owner who, not only cares about her customers but also cares about her crew…she stopped by the job to bring her crew milkshakes (very hot day) and check up on the job progress. Amy was great. Arrived on time for my free estimate and took the time to help me understand the process. Price was very fair compared to other estimates. The guys on the crew were very professional. I couldn’t believe that they could finish in one day but they did. My floor looks awesome, so glad that I did it. I would definitely recommend Fortress Floors Midwest Pro to my friends.
