+ -1 moreHad to call back out because treatments were not getting the job done. Yard didn’t look to much different. Rich came out no complaint to redo the yard which he did good then. Rich was nice and courteous. His office staff ruined the whole thing. They are hard to get a hold of. They don’t return calls in a timely matter. Once I was able to reach them they yelled and cursed at me and hung up on me for challenging them and being frustrated at the lack of communication on their part. They were condescending. Because they didn’t communicate I had a measly $41 bill end up in collections (that was paid same day) and then treated like dirt by the office ladies who refused to give me proof of communication they claimed to have made.

Description of Work: Removed old shrubs and replaced with new. Installed plastic edging around all mulch beds. Removed 12' dead tree, installed new mulch in all beds. All was done fairly well. Attention to detail on the edging install could have been better. Some areas were installed too low to be effective in holding in the mulch. Also some areas did not get dirt placed tight against the edging to properly keep in place. All employees were very easy to work with on this job. All debris was removed as needed. One missing item in the on site estimate was the lack of samples provided to select the actual edging used for the mulch beds. I had to choose based on description only which was described as a commercial level of product. While the edging is acceptable I assumed we were purchasing something not available at retail but rather only available to landscapers when actually the product used is available to the consumer. Not a big issue but again without samples I had to take a chance.

+ 0 moreI have been using their service probably three years. You can do a monthly fee, or you can do an advance and get a discount from them. For us, we do an advance. They do what they say they are going to do. They are prompt. When my husband had problems with the lawn, they fixed it as soon as possible. They clean up after themselves.
