Request a quote3 weeks after we moved in, the drain backed up. I called Mr. Rooter at 9am. Made an appt for 2-4PM but he was able to come by noon. The plumber was clean and courteous. He quoted the price before he started and that was the price he charged when he left approximately 4 hours later even though...

"Zane and his helper removed a big, old, eyesore oil tank from the basement. I was told it would have to be cut up in order to fit out the door. Zane quoted the job accurately based on discussion and pictures, showed up as scheduled and did not only a fantastic removal job (without damaging anything), but also did not leave a mess. They brought a shopvac! The area looked so much BETTER after they left than when they arrived. I wish every contractor I hired was as professional as Zane. My experience working with Zane was extremely positive. I cannot recommend him enough and would give him a 5+ star if I could!"
