THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE AND THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT CALLING US BACK WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. BILL, THE PERSON THAT MANAGED OUR PROJECT, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND MADE THINGS GO VERY SMOOTHLY. WHEN THE INSTALLERS OVERLOOKED A SENSOR FOR THE HUMIDIFIER, HE HAD THEM COME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL IT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

COMPANY CAME A FEW HOURS LATER AND REPLACED THE MOTOR. MARK WAS PLEASANT, PROMPT, CALLED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, CLEANED UP, AND EXPLAINED ALL WORK. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
Description of Work: THE FIRST TIME THEY COMPANY CAME THEY DID A MAINTENANCE CHECK AND CHANGED FILTER ON HUMIDIFIER.($95).THE SECOND TIME, THE FAN BLOWER WAS NOT WORKING AND THERE WAS A SMELL COMING FROM THE FURNACE, SO I HAD TO TURN IT OFF AND THE TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE 20'S.

BOTH DAN AND MIKE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT A UNIQUE 'SAND PROBLEM' MY CONDO COMPLEX HAS, AND DID SO FREE OF CHARGE. MIKE ALSO ENCOURAGED ME NOT TO SPEND MONEY ON SOME DUCTWORK, WHICH DONNELLY WOULD HAVE DONE, BECAUSE HE SAID THE WORK WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE TYPE OF IMPROVEMENT I WAS LOOKING FOR. AT 4:45P ON THE DAY SOMEONE WAS SCHEDULED TO BE AT MY HOUSE, NO ONE HAD ARRIVED SO I CALLED. MIKE MURPHY IS WHO WE WORKED WITH ON QUOTE AND SALE. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND FAIR. HE EVEN CHECKED WITH OUR CITY ABOUT A COUPLE OF ISSUES THAT WE DISCUSSED TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY HAVE SEEN. WE DIDN'T GO AHEAD WITH THE JOB UNTIL RECENTLY, BUT THEY HONORED OLD QUOTE AND SCHEDULED THE JOB RIGHT AWAY. THE WORKMEN THAT REPLACED OUR FURNACE WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY HAULED OUT ALL OF THE OLD EQUIPMENT, AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND CLEANED UP WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. IT TOOK ABOUT A DAY AND A HALF. WE MAY GO AHEAD WITH A NEW A/C UNIT NEXT YEAR, AND IF WE DO, WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THE SAME COMPANY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THEIR PRICE.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: MIKE MURPHY CAME AND SPENT 1 HOUR TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE TO INSTALL A NEW BOILER (FURNACE) AND CENTRAL AIR IN OUR HOME. HE PROMISED TO HAVE IT READY IN 2-3 DAYS. AFTER 5 DAYS PAST, I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE WAS FINISHING IT AND IT WOULD BE IN THE MAIL. NOW 2 1/2 WEEKS LATER WE NEVER GOT ANY ESTIMATES (EXCEPT FOR THE BALLPARK VERBAL ONE HE GAVE ME BY PHONE, AFTER I ASKED). I HAD ALSO SENT HIM 2 E-MAILS. HE WAS VERY CHARMING WHEN HE WAS HERE BUT NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH. WE HAVE A 37 YEAR OLD HOME IN WHICH THERE IS NO DUCT WORK AND A.C. IS MORE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL. HOWEVER, HE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN US THE COURTESY OF AN ESTIMATE. WE HAD OTHER CONTRACTORS TO COME SINCE AND GOT OTHER ESTIMATES AND HAVE CHOSEN SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS GOING TO PUT IN THE SAME SYSTEM HE PROPOSED. HE LOST A GOOD SALE.
