Description of Work: Contracted with Tony in summer of 2011 for gutter replacement along with the leaf guard hood system. Work began promptly, however, there were several issues that needed corrected; I.e...gutters were installed incorrectly pitched causing spillage over the top of the gutter and it took several ignored phone calls and several visits to get this issue corrected... the downsouts were not correctly cemented into the storm sewer drainage pipes, it took several visits to correct this problem, which, if this is what you do as your profession, it shouldn't have been a big issue. When it came to payment, I presented a credit card and I was told that they don't take credit cards, even though it is plastered all over the sides of their work trucks that credit cards were accepted, so I had to drive to the bank to take the money out of my savings. I tried to give my business to a small, locally owned business, but I would've been better off contracting with one of the more commonly known businesses.

+ -1 moreThey worked very quickly. They had a lot of guys on the job. They did a good job for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them. They were prompt. It didn't take them long to get the job scheduled and done. The man got back to me right away, and he wasn't trying to force anything extra on us. He was very accommodating and prompt.

Description of Work: They replaced the gutter that goes across the two car garage and over the extension of the front porch. They also replaced the 2 downspouts.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS THE SECOND HOME WE HAVE HAD VILLA INSTALL ITS GUTTER GUARD SYSTEM. TONY RESPONDED VERY PROMPTLY TO OUR REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND HIS COST WAS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER ESTIMATES RECEIVED (EVEN GAVE US A DISCOUNT SINCE THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE HAD USED HIS COMPANY). HE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. THE CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. IT LOOKS GREAT.
