They are good. I was working with a different company and they did something which I can't remember. They did something dumb like, they supposedly had to fix something but instead of fixing it they broke it. I called them and never got any response. Finally my step daughter suggested that I use Total Tech. When they left, they had done a good job. He left me his current phone number and he is an independent contractor too. They came out last month or so. I plan to use them in the future.
Description of Work: Total Tech came out to service my air conditioner and furnace.

I have had him for preventative maintenance, I have not had him for cooling yet however. So far he comes when I call him.
Description of Work: We used to have another company to service our heater and air conditioner twice per year. They serviced it one Friday (furnace), the pilot light went out. My husband tried to re-light it, went out again. He just couldn't figure out what to do with it. We called them on a Saturday morning. I could not get ahold of them, it got cold. Tony Fitch turned up as a subcontractor of them. He fixed it, offered further service through him in the future.
