Excellent. I want to communicate this is a company that backs the quality of their work. If you have a complaint, bring it to the attention of management and they will promptly address it.

These guys are brilliant! We have used their services twice, and the second there was a big delay due to poor weather. There was no need for us to remind them, as soon as conditions improved, I found my gutters absolutely impeccable, and all the leaves and debris collected in bags ready to be picked up. I absolutely recommend The Gutter Boys. 100% professional.

They do great work cleaning my gutters. *And* being able to request service online and pay online is a big plus as well.

They did an excellent job and I would hire them agzin.

I give them a C overall as they have horrible sales practices. When they take your order it must be part of their sales tactic to say "so we are scheduling you to have your gutters cleaned and flushes, when would you like this done?" Just having your gutters cleaned is a lot cheaper than having them flused. Even when you are a return customer and ask for the same service of gutter cleaning they try to tack on flushing them and then act surprised each and every time when you correct them. Then they bill you for having them flushed in addition to the gutter cleaning even though that is not the service you ordered. They do a good job but you have to keep a watchful eye on them.

This is a great group of guys and they do a really good job of clearing out the gutters! I have recommended The Gutter Boys to all my friends. We are very happy with their service and reasonable prices. You won't regret hiring them.

Very punctual, and worked with my schedule without any issues, including my mistake of leaving the gate locked. The crew adapted and came a few days later. The product, quality of work and price were all outstanding.

I am very happy with the job Pristine did scrubbing and sealing my driveway. I didn’t realize how dirty it was until after the job! This is the second year I have used the Gutter boys and am pleased with their removal of all the debris in my gutters.

Called office, and was told they completed the job. Differed with office rep. that we were to set up a day and time. Was told that doesn't happen!! At least a 1-day warning would have been appropriate. Also, was told the water was turned off. We were not told to have water on when I first called weeks ago. Didn't know they required water; if a day was set up, we would have had the water on. Also, was told by office rep. they removed a lot of material, and snaked the downspouts. My next-door neighbor, who watched them, told me they were there only about 10 minutes, and just removed a few handfuls of roof grit per gutter; and, did not see the worker snake any downspouts! (They left a trail of grit in driveway, which I had to remove.) My wife and I are retired seniors and partially disabled. Since we are at home most of the time, we wanted to set up a date for this job to see if we had a growing problem with the gutters. This did not happen; and, the job seemed to be rushed with some question as to the quality of work done. Seems we were not afforded the professionalism we should have been given, by management or workforce. Would not hire or recommend in the future!

No issues. They came a week earlier than expected but it may have been weather related.

We hired a different company several years ago. That company left several stains on the house that they said were not able to be removed. Pristine Clean was able to remove those stains. Very happy with the quality of the work.

Great! no issues. Came within a few days of scheduling. Was in and out in an hour or two. Great value for work I don't want to do and soooo important to keep basements dry!

Gutter Boys fit us in promptly and we're efficient and friendly.

The job was done while we were not at home so I just have to guess it was done. They left a tiny garbage bag in the driveway. I would have thought there would be a lot more since the gutters hadn't been done in 3 years. My own fault for not being there.

My gutters had not been cleaned for awhile so they were really bad and they cleaned up all the mess from out of the gutters and left no trace of anything.

I was very impressed by this company and the job they did. They came when they said they would be here, love that! They got right to work and got the job done. They removed the gutter guard stuff that was in the gutters and cleaned them out. They pressure washed the deck , which was very dirty and it looks great. They cleaned up everything that was taken out of the gutters. I feel the price was very good for the job they did.

Excellent. Sales associate was very thorough in explaining options and prices - NO PRESSURE. Installation team (4) was very professional, and personable. Foreman and his assistant stayed until after 7 PM complete the job in one day. Thoroughly cleaned up. Would highly recommend.

They clean up after themselves. They also clean the gutters on my husbands office building. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them to others.
