Our house is TALL- a very old Victorian with A LOT of trees. It was miserably hot- they had canceled where I teach because of the HEAT. These guys came out, regardless, and smiling the entire time. We couldn't believe they still came out because it had to be 96 degrees! The Gutter Boys worked quickly, thoroughly, and with an impressive degree of professionalism. We're hiring them again when all of the leaves are done falling, next month. In the Spring, we're hiring them to put gutter guards on, and treat our shingles for moss. A+, no exaggeration.

I have used Gutter Boys twice now. They were very nice, professional and did a thorough job. They cleaned them like we used to, rinsing the gutters after they cleaned them. This time I had a gutter that was overflowing terribly with all the rain we had. They said they’d come out within the week but they came the same day. I am very satisfied with their service and plan to call them in the fall.

Poor first attempt by this company. The down spouts were not clean out at the top of the roof, so nothing could have possibly been flushed out nor cleaned. After the company "said" they did did the work and left the bill, the first rain storm we had the over flow of water STILL coming out of the elbow joint at the top just as I described the problem when I called to schedule the service. Even though the work was not complete I paid the bill in full and made note to them that the problem was still happening. A few days later a crew was sent back and they completed the job that should have been done the first time. When the crew got up up on the ladder to the top where the elbow joint was, he took it off and found it was COMPLETELY packed full of debris. Both elbow joints were cleaned, one on each side of house. I had all three crew members apologize and tell me this should never have happened and it should have been cleaned out correctly the first visit. I did appreciate that they came back out and did finally fix the issue but I still to this day have no idea what the first crew that came out actually did?? I was thinking about having this company put gutter guards on for me but after this happened I would not trust this company to do a complete job.

They are quite stealthy. Come and gone without a trace except for some ‘minor' debris from what was in the gutters. Not one clue anyone was even out. If they did not call before they came out I would not have known. That is the way it should be when work is done on someone’s home. Respect it. As for the Valor covers, they are excellent! Have had much rain after installation and they perform perfectly. I would not hesitate to have them out for any future work.

Good work, very professional. Fit our job in much sooner than originally estimated.

after literally hours of researching spouting/gutter companies(angie's list, BBB reviews, internet reviews, etc) and Valor gutter guards (internet reviews, youtube videos), I decided that The Gutter Boys, being the only installer of the Valor gutter guards, and the company with such glowing reviews, was the one to call. Sadly, after talking with the rep a few minutes ago, they do not service our area of NE Ohio. It is a shame that Angie's list , as well as their website, does not list their specific coverage areas of NE Ohio, which is the reason for the C rating. I spent the entire morning looking for a company that garnered such high reviews, and was lucky enough that they were the closest installers of what I felt was the best product. All of that waste of time could have been avoided if the company's website and/or Angie's list had listed the area covered.

Great! The Gutter Boys are always extremely professional in the work they do; always explain what's the problem, how they will solve it, and how much it would cost. Courteous and friendly, I will absolutely hire them again.

They do not use high pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. The pricing was reasonable. The guards seem to be very high quality and durable. When they came out to do the install, they were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up when done, and even went above and beyond by cleaning off the roof of an outbuilding by the house, and offering some advice about roofing that was done incorrectly, and leaving dog treats in the invoice envelope for our dogs!

I have used Gutter Boys several times and am pleased with them. To say that I am particular about workmanship when I pay to have something done, is an understatement. So, on two separate occasions, when some gutter clean-out debris was left behind in my yard that should not have been, I called them to inquire. Their professional response to each incident could serve as a model to any business owner - they genuinely want the feedback to help them maintain a high level of service and value to their customers. Scheduling is easy, the price is fair - they are my gutter boys !

The service was great and prompt. When I called to schedule I was told that it might be a few days due to some weather we were having at the time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything had been done the next day when I came home from work. My son was also excited to find a ball that he'd lost to the gutters that was retrieved by their employees.

Everyone, from Matt in the office, Seth who performed the estimates to the three gentlemen who worked diligently from beginning to end were just top-notch. They were professional, thorough, friendly, and helpful in every way. Explained everything in detail and made sure we had all questions and concerns addressed. I needed a downspout cleared a week before the install during heavy rains and it was done quickly and at no charge. The workers repaired a couple loose pieces of siding, though that was not part of the contract. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this excellent company. Two weeks prior to that we had Pristine Clean, their sister company, pressure was the entire house, and that was excellent as well.

Had our usual clogged gutters due to birds and winter debris. Called Matt at Gutter Boys and responded within 30 min. Crew came out the next week and cleaned gutters and now all is running smooth. Very professional and followed up on their work satisfaction

New to the area, and had a loose gutter that needed to be fixed. I reached out to the gutter boys who were very respectful and diligent in their work. They were punctual and provided me with exceptional service. Hopefully I won’t have gutter issues in the future, but if I do The Gutter Boys will be my first call.
