Overall, everything went well. They had to reschedule but were very good about returning calls. They showed up on time and were very helpful, as well as reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

On a scale from 1-10 they are a 15. They go out of their way for their customers. They are responsive, and I can not say enough good about them.

After reading other reports I decided to contact Gutter Boys. The cost was $65 plus $10 to do the third floor dormer gutters. They gave me a ballpark idea of when they might be able to come out. It was maybe 2 weeks from my initial call to the service date. With the holidays, weather, and prior work scheduled - this was very reasonable. I asked them to call the day they planned to come out - and they did. Three able young men showed up with good ladders, professionally mounted on their well-maintained truck. My house has a 3rd floor, very steep and the gutters were all full - so it was a bit of a challenge but they did a great job getting around. They also bagged up the leaves. They were professional and pleasant. I was very happy with all aspects of this service - so I tipped them too. I plan to hire them for twice yearly cleaning.

Professional and prompt. Making apptmt was easy as they let me pick best dates of the month for us, got here when expected, worked quickly and effectively. Missed a spot but went right back and did it before leaving. I will use them again as long as price stays good.

It went very well. A basic service, but the telephone encounter through the work and billing process were efficient, accurate and as promised.

We called to have the Gutter Boys come out to service our gutters. During the phone arrangments I spicifically asked to be notified, by phone or by leaving a voice mail, on when the would be at our house. Christy said OK. The reason for the notification is because the water to the outside faucets is turned off. I had planned to turn on the water upon the "notification" we were to receive. We heard nothing by phone or voice mail. Today we received an invoice for $89.00 for "Premium Cleaning" which requires the water available for the downspout flushing. How did ther flush the downspouts with no water on? We called to inquire about the service and the $89.00 charge. Christy had no explaination as to why we were charged for "Premium Cleaning. Christy adjusted the price to there "Basic Cleaning" of $59.00 and we sent them a check. We will not call them again for service because we were not notified as requested and and charged for service we did not receive (no flushing of downspouts)

They performed the service without me there, then billed me. Excellent.

It was a pleasant experience. This company keeps their word. The young man was very efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again. The price was reasonable, and hegave me an estimate on gutter guards I might purchase in the future.

The installation was prompt, quick and professional. They answered all phone calls promptly. They came out at the exact time that they promised. They presented me with all paperwork and warranty information.

Called to have them clean both mine and my sister's homes' gutters. They promised for Tuesday but were actually able to come out sooner, Thursday for my house and Friday for my sister's house. They gave a discount for doing both houses which I thought was good. They were very nice and and informative on the phone. They were able to quote a price and stuck to it with no hidden costs or salespitches for additional services. At my sister's house, all debris was removed and there was no evidence of them being there, they did clear the downspouts. At my house, the serviceman told me that he cleared the downspouts and that the rest of the debris from the gutters would be able to flow through the downspouts. I was a bit dissappointed that they did not CLEAR all debris from the gutters as well. There was some debris left on the lawn and in flower beds but that's not much of an issue. Just concerned that the rest of the gutter had not been cleaned prior to the downspouts being cleared. Concerned that the downspouts will clog again with the leftover debris. Overall, I am glad to have found them, they provide a service that few others like to do and they do it for a reasonable price. I would use them again, but would be more specific that I wanted the ENTIRE gutter contents removed, the gutters flushed AND then the downspouts cleared. I do plan on having them return in the spring to do maintainence cleaning.

They did a great job. They came when they said they were going to and did a good job. You will know exactly how much it is going to cost since they charge by the foot. My job was under the minimum amount of feet that they do but they did do the job and charged me very less. I just liked their promptness and their doing a good job. I don't dislike anything about them. They were very punctual. I was away when they came. They did the job and sent me a bill and I paid it. They did a very professional job and I plan on using them again next spring to clean the gutters.

They came out the same day I called and quickly did the job. They found a large beehive while doing the gutters and let me know about it. They were polite and professional.

They did a great job and we will have them back yearly as needed. They are quick,neat,professionals.

They showed up when they were supposed to. They did the job that they described. They didn't leave a mess, and the gutter is running very well. It took me a little while to get them scheduled. They were right on time, when they were supposed to be.

The work was scheduled between June 10-20, 2011. The work was completed on June 18, 2011. The two serviceman, Joel & ?, arrived when they said they would be here. The two worked quickly, efficiently and did a thorough job. They were eager to please and made sure we were pleased with their work. We have asked them to put us on the list for Fall cleaning. They will also clean the gutters on our son's home in the Fall.

It was fine overall, although not as thorough as I would have liked. They didn't really do much to clean the downspouts.

We usually have our gutters cleaned up twice a year. As far as I know, it was good. They came in and did it well. I was not here when they came and so I am not sure of everything.

Gutter Boys, when cleaning the gutters performed a prompt, efficient service. One of the downspouts was still clogged during the next rain and they were out promptly to fix the problem.

They were very responsive and timely. They did what they said they were going to do. In general we think they did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

Overall it was great. They were professional, prompt, friendly and got the job done very quickly with nothing left for us to clean up. It doesn't get much better than that!

Great!! They were vey busy, and I told them I could not wait until their next open date (12 days from the time I called) since I have a clogged gutter that was over flowing and was worried about getting water in my basement. They put me on their critical list and were out with in two days.
