I was very happy with the service! They were friendly, professional and fast.

I'm always impressed with the staff, on the phone or in person. They call or text back if you have any questions, I wish more contractor's would do this. They show up on time, always polite and respectful to the property.

After a frustrating 2 days I finally reached the customer service manager, Russell. He immediately added our house to their schedule for the next morning. He found a gutter / downspout guard to be the problem that quickly blinded in the downpours and caused that downspout to overflow. He removed it and they also cleaned up the rest of the gutter debris. I give them an A for this service but am unsure if I would hire again as the first disaster has no reason or explanation. I had to choose between 'yes' or 'no' on the 'would you hire again' question - I chose 'no' but it is not a definite 'no',

Job was done in one day. New gutters look great. Thrilled that I don’t have to worry about cleaning out gutters again and neither will whoever I sell to.

The gutter boys were professional and fast. I spoke with them on a Tuesday and they were able to come on Wednesday.

Excellent service! Scott and Chad were fast, thorough, cleaned up well after themselves.

It went smooth as silk. I was in the house and they came and worked all around the outside of the house and finished up and left (non-evasive). You won't believe this, but my house smelled fresh when they finished. I would hire them in a minute, without hesitation!

Great!! Salesperson was not pushy, very helpful (and is a visiting nurse also - thank you essential hero). I didn’t need to be home during installation so no need to miss work. They were prompt, cleaned up and everything looks great. The company is local (in Berea ,Ohio). But best of all of 3 companies I got estimates from they were by far the lowest price , in fact one company was double their estimate.

Went well. Had a problem of water backing up on front porch. Dan S. took take care of the problem; down spout screen was blocking water flow. He removed all the screens on front porch and garage. We had a major rain storm and no water backed up in the gutters. Both service guys were great and very nice.

3 young men who acted in a very professional manner, very careful not to harm flower beds and other plantlife. Crew leader was organized and informative as to potential future trouble ares. Cleaned up completely. Took maybe an hour and a half. Job well done!

I've been using the gutter boys for several years, they do a great job for a reasonable price, and I will definitely keep using them in the future. Shawn performed the work this time and did a great job.

Our tech, Jordan, did a fantastic job. In addition to cleaning our gutters, he also pointed out that one of our downspouts was slowly disconnecting. He took the time to make sure it was properly connected before he left. The cleanup was quick and neat and Jordan was very kind.

There are several dark spots that have been left. I have been in contact with the company and pictures were sent but no response. I received a phone call out of the blue from a technician that he was in the area and could stop and wash it but I was not home and had a car in the driveway. I was told that someone would call to make an appointment but still nothing. I used this company the year before without issue but after this will not use them again.

We've been using The Gutter Boys for several years - one of the best ideas we've had. They do what we can't, and they do it well. The organization is very well run; the service is performed on time, for a fair price, as expected. Their business is professional in every regard, with no unhappy surprises for the customer.

The Gutter Boys once again did a great job cleaning out the gutters. We have had trouble in the past with the gutters overflowing with water but have not had a problem since we have been having a routine clean. I have used The Gutter Boys for three years. Always a great job. Everything is handled very professionally and the debris is put in bags and neatly stacked for trash pickup. This year our guy was Erik B. who was very nice and professional. I will be calling The Gutter Boys again next year!

It was great, as usual. I've used The Gutter Boys for the past 3-4 years, and the work has always been consistently good. Tom L. and his assistant responded quickly and got the job done quickly. Tom even showed me pictures of the cleaned gutters. So, for the past few years, it's been a pleasure to work with The Gutter Boys and their team.

Two of the gutter guards were installed incorrectly. I only have six, so a third of them were improperly installed. I had to contact them three times before they would come back and repair one, replace the other. The second time I called they said they'd be out by the end of the week. Never showed. Had to call back two weeks later.

The estimator was totally unprofessional. His initial call questioned if we were looking for a "serious quote" or just shopping for a price. He said he checked our house via Google Earth and gave an estimate for 50% more gutters than we actually needed. By the time he finally showed up, his quote was 30% more than his original estimate. His paperwork was the worst of any of the companies who quoted, with no specifics for my particular job and was just an "Inspection & Service Checklist". Beware.

Very Pleased. They were professional and great to work with. They leave a bag of all the debris they removed from our gutters so we could verify they actually cleaned out the gutters. We will definitely hire them again next year.
