Not true. Home Depot carries 4 inch gutters. Said I'd have to replace all gutters -- again, not true. They seemed disinterested and uncooperative. I had them about3 years now no more. (Last year the kid simply did not do the job I complained and , to their credit, a man came back and carried out BAGFULS of leaves. Also, they said I have copper gutters yeh I wish! They think because I am a woman I am ignorant of certain things pertaining to home maintenancce. I may be, but between my husband and son-in-law ( both of whom cannot climb to do the gutters themselves)we are pretty knowledgeable.

Excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, invoice was left for me at the time of the cleaning, and I paid that evening using the online option. I was very pleased and will schedule for Spring cleaning. The ability to use the website to schedule and pay is a great convenience.

I contacted Gutter Guys to have them clean my gutters, shortly after we had a heavy snowfall. My car had 5 ½ inches of snow on it, I assumed it was the same for the roof. Within days I was contacted by the Gutter Guys telling me that they would do the job as soon as the weather got warmer. I assumed I would not see them until spring. Within a week the temperature got warmer and it rained removing all of the snow. Gutter guy arrived and cleaned my gutters during a light rain; he must be part mountain goat. He completed the job with 20 minutes. Most happy with the service.

Not only did he provide a price over the phone based upon real estate statistics, he told us exactly what he would do for that price. (I always thought gutter cleaning was a well defined category. I was incorrect.) They have 2 levels of service and we could pick which one we wanted. We favored the lower level one which was the one where they cleaned all gutters and down spouts down to the first few inches of the downspout. We chose not to have them run water down the spout....which was the next level of service.

Two gentlemen came to clean our gutters when most of the leaves were off the trees. They cleaned the gutters and bagged the gunk. They also cleaned off the roof and blew the leaves off our deck. They were professional. They rang the doorbell to let us know they were there (and gave us the invoice at that time). They did a nice job.

They came out and gave a written estimate which they met exactly, were very easy to communicate with and were punctual. Price was very good for all the work they did. When I noticed a couple streaks on the windows and called them, they responded immediately and sent someone to go over the spots. Very happy, would use again.

When they got up into the gutters they found slate tiles. They took actually explained to me what was going on. My slate tiles were just laying in the gutters. They slid off during a storm. This prompted me to my roofer to fix.

I was happy with how prompt they were and the work they did, however I thought they were expensive. I have seen the service advertized much cheaper since then. There were not problems, the guy was very nice, and he got the job done.

I was overwhelmed by the responsiveness. I left a message and within minutes received a return call letting me know that they had a serviceman in the area finishing another job who could arrive within an hour! Sure enough, an hour later, my door bell rang and there was Eric! He did an outstanding job. The roof of the back of my home is very high but Eric worked methodically on his knees cleaning out the gutters by hand. He than flushed the entire system with water to ensure that it was clean and that the water would flow easily. In addition to the quality of his work, Eric was also polite and friendly. I will most certainly use this company again AND will refer them to my neighbors.

Exterior window washing and gutter cleaning have previously seemed like small tasks that took a disproportionate amount of time to arrange, often requiring time off work to be here when contractor came. Gutter Boys are fast, efficient, effective. They always neatly leave the evidence that they've been here and done the job. Their fee is a little higher than some other services I use, but it's worth it - they come when they say their going to come, do good work and keep in touch. They respond quickly when contacted and provide all information requested. Will use them again, both for home and rental property.

It was fine. They were timely, efficient, the work was done well.

Sent them email. Got a quote and they were out the next week to clean gutters on my rental property. The price was 50% less than the other 2 quotes I got. I wouldn't look anywhere else. Gutter Boys is the way to go!

Showed up on time. Professional service. Knowledgeable about the products. FInished on time. Requested I inspect their work before they left the job. Invoice was to the penny what the estimate was. I would use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Prompt, pleasant and effective

They were good. I like them. They have a special. I would definitely have them back. They were here early when they said they would be. I liked the price although it was a special. I thought they did a good job.

I hired the gutter boys because I knew of their good service. I have very difficult to reach gutters - because of the height and un-level ground and steep slope in my back yard - It was no problem from them. Good job Mike W. I called, they came, I paid, - I'm happy.

They put the stuff down and did not clean up and take it away like the previous guy had done. They said that they were going to use the hoes and slash out the gutters after cleaning them and they ended up not doing it, they said it didn't need it. I think I would have preferred that they do it and my husband had said okay, you don't have to but I said no, I preferred them to do that.

We were satisfied enough with them but we would not use them again. They came out and looked at the job. They gave my husband a quote for the amount of work that was supposed to be done. They scheduled their crew to come back and do the work but they did not do what was agreed upon as to what work was supposed to be done. Then, we had to call and we had to have them come back out. The guy who gave the quote said, "Yes, absolutely. They should have done this. I do not know why they did not do this." Then, they had to come back out again to finish the work that they quoted to do. Their responsiveness was also average.

We haven't had any problems with them. We use them twice a year and we have used them for about a year and half. They have been good and we are going to keep using them.

Eric did the work. He took great care to do each job well despite being on the job for a number of hours - by himself - to accomplish all tasks at hand. We have used The Gutter Boys for gutter cleaning for the past several years. This is the first year we took advantage of their Pristine Clean division to have the windows washed and the deck power-washed. It was so nice to see clean windows with no streaks when Eric finished. it was also nice to see a clean deck! THANKS, Gutter Boys and Pristine Clean!!

Initially they did not meet my expectations because the crew came to the house and were here for 15 minutes. They just sprayed some water. I have a gutter guard in my house so they just sprayed some water and left. I made an appointment 3-4 prior but the just showed up unannounced; they did not tell me that they would be coming. I understand that they want to do the job but it would have been nice if they had at least called and let me know if they were going to come tomorrow or the next week. I had no idea when they were coming and had a sitter here who was very uncomfortable with the people here. Everything was still blocked in my gutters and I ended up calling them again. The owner was very apologetic and informed me that it was sub-contractors that they had used; he said he was going to send out his best team. They came out the next day and spend an hour here. They pulled bags of stuff out of the gutter here so the first time it was not even done at all and they cleaned up everything as well. Then the owner informed me that he did not know that I had gutter guards and it was supposed to be extra. I had emailed them twice for an estimate and at no time was I asked whether I had gutter guards so if that is an important part then they need to start asking about it when people ask them for estimates. I asked for the 10% off Angie’s List discount and never got feedback on if it was taken off however I informed them that I was not going to pay the bill until everything was taken care of and I have not heard anything since. They said they would call and confirm that everything was done and they called but I did not answer. The first crew that came out was not professional at all.

Beware of 30% price hike! They did show up and do the job. But I cannot recommend a routine (every 6 months) service provider who thinks it is okay to sneak in a 30% price hike over the same service 6 months ago.

After reading reviews on Angie's list I decided to hire to wash the windows, called to get a price and I was sent an invoice to my E-Mail . It took a while to schedule due to weather . I had to leave my adult son in charge , They did an OK job , the round window in my bedroom was washed but they left dirt on my carpet from the ladder . The windows are 25yrs. old , so I,m sure they are weathered, but they did get the bird droppings off . The windows were redone to my satisfaction. I was very pleased that they responded very quickly . I will use them again because of the positive result . Thank You... MF

I wanted gutters and windows cleaned. He was on an another job, he was to be at my home late am, noon came appox. 3 pm. The sky was very dark and it looked like it was going to rain , we decided to wait to do the windows.As he finished, it cleared , I asked if he could stay; as it was 4;30 , so I said we could reschedule.

Everything turned out fine, I would certainly hire them again.
