They evaluated my gutters and let me know there was nothing wrong with them. I was bery impressed by their honesty.

They showed up while I was at work. They were very professional. I have a video security system outside that notified me they were there. I was able to watch them work and I was very impressed. The only issue was I did not know they were leaving the debrie behind. But at least I was able to see what was removed. I have a small house with about 120 ft of gutter. They removed 5 bags of leaves and debris . I will not hesitate to use them in the spring and again each fall.

I went on Angie's List looking for a good gutter cleaning company. I put out phone calls & online quote request forms to 4 different companies, including the Gutter Boys. I completed a quote request form on their website & received a personalized email response with all my questions asked in less than 24 hrs. I agreed to have the service done. Since the winter weather makes things difficult to schedule, I was not given a specific day when the service would be done, but rather was put on the December work list and was told the job would be completed as soon as it could. On December 10 I came home from work to find the gutters cleared of leaves and an invoice in my mailbox. All debris was cleaned up and removed. Very clean. I was able to promptly pay the invoice online through their website. I will be using them again in the future.

I called on a Friday to schedule their premium gutter clean on my home and a rental property and was able to get service the following day. Two men came out Saturday morning and did a complete gutter clean, which included bagging the debris and flushing of all the downspouts. They were neat, and efficient.

They are absolutely awesome! I will be having them come out in November for my fall gutter cleaning.

They were timely, polite, informative and affordable. In fact, when they saw that the oil stains didn't come up completely, they contacted us, waited for us to call back, to go over options. The option we chose was to wait for the stains to fade naturally over a year, which they had pointed out, and which meant that they wouldn't make as much money now. Bottom line, in an effort to provide top service, they not only waiting on site for us to return the call, but they would up making less money. However, we're going to have them do their premium gutter cleaning in a few weeks, which also is an affordable option, rather than taking a whole day to do this dangerous work.

The pricing is reasonable and they fit us in when we want them to come out. They put the muck in plastic bags for us to take out to the trash.

I was not at home when they came to clean the gutters. The gutters appear to be clean because I no longer have gutter waterfalls. They did not leave any debris behind which I really appreciated. I will use The Gutter Boys again in the future.

This was my second time using the company, and everything turned out well once again. They were great about bagging up all of the subsequent debris, and they even came back quickly to retrieve the bags when the garbage men wouldn't take them. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and I would recommend them to others.

I’ve had some not so great cleanings in the past but the past person who came in the spring did a wonderful job. I was very satisfied.

I like their service, they do a really good job. My only issue is that they can't give you scheduled date for when they can come. They will show up and do the work and just leave the bill. That is fine but when I leave the house, I would like to know if they are coming so I can put my dog away. They do a good job though and are reasonably priced.

I have used the Gutter Boys in the past. They call me to remind me that it is time to clean my gutters again but there is no pressure sales - I like that. They arrived on time and went right to work. They let me know when they found a small problem on my roof. They work remarkable quickly - but I guess they have the training and right equipment. You could not pay me enough to get on my steep two story roof and power clean the gutters, so I find this service to be a huge help. I have trees that overhang the gutters and it is not uncommon that there is a block or two by the time gutter cleaning season rolls around again. Once the Gutter Boys clear them though, I have months of free flowing gutters. I will continue to use this service in the future.

Due to the inclimate weather we could not set up a specific date and time, but they said they would call me on the day of service. They did call and arrived when they said they would. The work was done efficiently and with no problems. They did a great job and will definitely call them in the fall.

The 2 guys got right to work and cleaned out all our gutters and then flushed them with their water hose. They took their time to do a good job. Appreciated their quick response since more rain was expected for the following day. Very nice--handed me the bill, but were fine if I just mailed in the payment. Will definitely be using them again later this year.

I wanted to be home but had car problems. They cleaned out gutters and hosed downspouts. Ground area was clean. I wanted gutters hosed down too...that seemed to be a problem including in the same price. However they were very professional and courteous and when I came home and saw the gutters had not been hosed out as I had asked, he did come back and at least hosed the main 2 ones I was concerned with. Overall satisfied mainly because they were courteous & professional when speaking with me, but in general, gutter cleaning prices anywhere seem high for 15-20 minutes time. I would use them again if I need them cleaned.

I had called the Gutter Boys at the end of 2013 about a sagging gutter. Due to the weather, I was told they would not know when they would be able to arrive to complete the services. I totally understood, and it agreed, the weather was an issue. However, I specifically asked to be called in advance to be told when they would be able to come out and complete the services. They agreed they would do a courtesy call beforehand. Several months later, luckily I was home, but indisposed and not expecting anyone to arrive, there was an unmarked truck in my driveway and a man knocking at my door. I did not answer the door, as I did not expect anyone to be visiting. After a few mins of unanswered knocks, I saw someone take a ladder and begin to climb my 6' tall privacy fence (I always keep my gates locked). I tried to make myself presentable and met this man straddling my fence in my driveway. He verbally identified himself, and I mentioned the lack of the courtesy call. He did not respond to this either way. Also, the work request they had was different from what I had originally discussed with the person who took my request. After narrowing down my issue and their assessment, they were able to very easily fix my gutter, and did a GREAT job fixing it! One of the men explained that this is the best solution due to the length of my gutter, and that the clips they used will hold up much better than the pins I had in there previously. It only took them 5 mins, but it has saved me a TON of worry because of the overflowing gutter (and giant icicles)! I will definitely use the Gutter Boys again, but will be very specific about what I expect with them calling first!!

Easy to schedule, showed up exactly when they said they would and made it easy to pay the invoice they left online. No hastle, incredibly professional, and very reasonably priced. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

The gutters were cleaned quickly and thoroughly. My only complaint is that they leave the waste in a plastic bag, but my community requires yard waste in paper lawn bags.

They responded to my message very quickly. I called set up the appointment and they were out in one day. I couldn't believe it. We were burned by another gutter company over the weekend. These guys were very fast in doing the job and did not leave a mess anywhere in the yard...Highly Recommend

Rainwater was just pouring off the side of my roof since my gutters were not clean. The gutter boys did an excellent job - my gutters were cleaned and the rainwater flowed through them as expected.

Gutter Boys responded quickly when called to unblock a downspout that was overflowing. They successfully performed this service in a timely fashion. I will use them again. Very good response and price for the services performed.

They were great and prompt. They came out and the prices were great. They were great about calling me back and reminding me when they were coming. They even check on me if I need the gutters cleaned again.
